I watched zero. Date with the wife, some local pizza, beer/wine, some cuddling, now bed. I’ll start on bball again once NBA playoffs kick off.

Tons of respect to Duke for getting that win. The old me would be dismissive of them beating a mediocre team like Syracuse in the Sweet Sixteen, but now I understand that there are p*ssies out there in the world that can't do it. So respect to Duke.

I'm rooting against Duke but if they happen to win I know it will cause extreme butt hurt to unc fans. So I can handle it. As long as K retires before they catch us.

-Its now Baseball Season /Spring Football Practice Time of The Year Officially. Lets Go Cats.
-This is the kind of stuff that cheers me up after a bad UK loss.

****** thing is- SGA is a different type of dude. I could see him coming back but Cal will talk him out of it. Hell, even Knox anywhere else would be a toss up- young for his grade, well-to-do family, tweener draft prospects (late lotto to 20).

This.

SGA and Knox both have aspects of their games that can be improved and will elevate them to the next level. While they're projected lottery picks, neither are going to break into a NBA rotation at this point. Probably a lot of self-interest coming out in this, but I genuinely think they could benefit from another year of college ball where they'll play 35mpg, instead of maybe getting 5-8mpg in the NBA.

SGA would have the slowest long range J release for an NBA guard by a mile. And we just saw what happens when he goes up against athletic D. I’m not convinced he gets any clock next year.

Oh ********- we just saw what happens against a **** D who packs it in and hacks every play against ****** officiating.

I get what you’re saying but F what college basketball can do to otherwise good ballplayers.

Not a player in the Cal era I’ve hated more than Knox. Gave us a solid 65% effort and just breezed through on his way to the league.

You know wcc is just being a combative, ornery son of a ***** when he's going @ somebody agreeing with him.

But since you did, I'd like to point out that your take is also f*cking stupid. If money (*ahem, ending generational poverty) isn't the issue for a player, spending another year at the University of Kentucky to develop your game is easily a better option than sitting on the bench in the NBA or traveling the G-League circuit.

Come @ me, *****. I know you want to.

I don’t have it in me to come at anybody, man. You’re right. I’m all over the place right now.

And drinking (hooray for bachelorette parties).

No one had a problem with the kids going pro or being encouraged to go pro when we were hanging banners. Hell, we bragged about it. The problem isn't the system, the problem is there's only enough talent for one team to do it consistently with success. Right now that team isn't us. We have two choices. Pivot to a new strategy or step it up and beat Duke.

Will never happen but it would be great if Cal removed himself from the situation of pushing these guys out the door and brought in some of the other guys that have regretted leaving early to speak to them about their experiences.

Cot damnet HOFCJVC,

Tell SGA and Kev they can come back and both will be top 5 picks in 19!

WTF is so bad about this?

John owes it to the fanbase as an apology for allowing Bruce Fu÷÷÷ng Weber to inundate our TV screens in 1.5 hours.

Bruce Weber????!!!!!!!??????
