That's not the first Rovell basketball video either.

I'm not 100% sure what's wrong with the guy, but he clearly has no shame. He might be the most unathletic person I've ever seen.

SEC tourney randoms:

Overall, St Louis was a fun location for the SEC tourney.

Very poor Gyero turnout, IMO. Shame.

Aside from Tin Roof being packed and running out of wings at 2pm on a Saturday, and our terrible waitress (truly awful)...it was a good spot. Jordan English band at night was a nice touch. They also had a DJ setup in the back at night...that was a bit sketchy, but it had a crowd.

Ballpark Village was very nice. Probably my favorite place we hung out. Wenyen wasn't the only one lighting it up this weekend. Yours truly crushed the 90's music trivia, I was on fire.

Doing shots with an 80 year old grandma bartender was a first. Man, she was hardcore.

Anth's buddies from Bellarmine were cool. They are now invited to the bachelor party.

Evidently splitting checks is too hard for nice restaurants. Amazing what they can do at Applebee's.

He takes it so seriously though. Guy is unreal.

The entire game vs BigCat is online somewhere.

I’m sure Rovelle is at least somewhat smart since he graduated from Northwestern (with a theater degree, but whatever) but his Twitter account and his appearances playing basketball make it pretty obvious there’s something off with the guy.

He's a monster. Don't know if the four star thing is just because it's too early to sort those guys properly, but he's a skilled player in a big frame. Very good get. Consensus top 20.

He's the top ranked 4* in one and 5 in the others.

Is the Wiseman thing being overblown or they really good friends? Seen conflicting reports.

Anyway, wonder if Cal is shifting his recruiting?

Cal got fired by the Nets so it runs in the tree.

Cal switching recruiting in preparation of the NBA getting rid of one and done. Ahead of the curve.

TV Teddy is a sensitive little ***** and his quotes in Goodman’s article illustrate perfectly why he’s a **** ref. You can’t be worried about what people think of you while you’re calling a game.

For example, gyrating and gesticulating like a buffoon after a charge call on the away team so you can feel like the crowd is cheering for you is entirely inappropriate and he almost certainly does it. As does basically every Ref whose name you know.

Kermit is pretty much the perfect hire for Ole Miss. Mississippi native and has kicked the SEC’s *** the last several years while at Middle. Not exactly sure of his record, but Middle would’ve likely won the old SEC West a few years.

Shorts:

- One of my favorite themes this time of year is the analysis of 1st round games involving a midmajor when only the midmajor’s strengths and the big school’s weaknesses are discussed. Put your boner away, Millennial Sportswriter.

- PB06 call for a boycott of the NCAA Tournament yet or nah?

- Love DJ Jeffries- long and looks to be a bulldog.

- NBA balls- thoughts on SGA? I can’t say enough about that kid. IMO- he’s the 5th best PG Cal has had here. Besides the occasional bout of hero ball and silly pass, he’s super intelligent, only takes good shots and has wonderful craft and change-of-pace. And poise.

- I mean, Rutledge is dope but she’s not Sam Ponder or Erin Andrews.

- Deep down I think Cal loves the disrespect.

SGA is the type of lead guard who will get picked apart in the draft workouts, fall a little, and wind up being a valuable second unit lead guard in a good team before taking someone’s starting job.
