100. And what gets me is, plenty of us who post in this thread and follow CBB as a hobby are smart enough to see that this is textbook.
1. Conduct press conference proclaiming innocence, "reminding" people of accomplishments, and expressing desire to coach again.
2. Hire agent.
3. The moment the season ends and high-profile jobs start to open, have your agent / minions sprinkle the media with rumors, interest and "links" to the open schools.
I mean, if I were a cbb writer or analyst, I think I'd have to call BS without hard evidence. But the fact that the likes of even Real Jay Williams are reporting this stuff shows that they're all click-whores / attention whores who don't care if they're right, they just want to be ahead of the story.
Although in his defense, I'm sure ESPN requires him to dig and report. Probably has a quota he has to meet on rumors / tweets per day.

The NCAA is requiring UL to delete any reference to that NC. I don't think the NCAA will let Pitino coach again until that tattoo has a red "X" through it, with text below stating: "VACATED."
