- The Pie Hole for dinner last night. Nice little setup there on Rosemont Garden. Solid pizza. Worth trying to get Blue Door brisket in your pie hole.

- At this point, I'm just rooting for the team to not completely **** the bed on the season and end up playing at Fort Wayne in the 1st Round of the NIT. There isn't a single game left that is an automatic W with this team. I wish Cal had the stones to put Diallo and Richards at the end of the bench, but he doesn't have the bodies to do that. Diallo's regression from November is particularly cringe-worthy.

- Not buying those Pastner sexual assault allegations at this point, but I'm not sure he survives the scandal. Especially when his team looks like **** on an almost nightly basis.

- Trying to get in to watching the Olympics. Watched the slope style skiing late last night, and the wind was making the skiers quit on their runs. One girl got so much air on her last ramp, she did one of those "Oh ****!" waves of her hands at the height of her jump. No way she was making that landing.

- Debating getting a Movie Pass. $10/month unlimited theater movies sounds like a helluva deal, but I do well to go to 1 movie a month right now. Plus, current TV has better quality viewing than the movies.

- Agree on Dakich. As good as anyone doing cbb color commentary, but he's a supremely smug troll and c-sucker.

The Tampa SECT was a fun time despite the bad team. Wonder if Willy still has the wine stained shirt?

The wine stain came out, but my wife "accidentally" threw it away right after I moved in with her. It was a little too flashy for her tastes, as was 85% of my old wardrobe.

That was a good trip despite the awfulness of our team.

Frank Mason & Devonte Graham were borderline terrible as Freshman, and only marginal as Sophs -- they got bashed in here & elsewhere regularly as being the weak links on those KU teams.

Both of them turned out to be All Americans, that's what I try to look at with Green. I can't fathom a situation where he isn't a 4 year guy unless he transfers.

...BUT, this assumption that if we get a few guys to return for one more season we're automatically some super team, Top 5 all year, #9!!! just b/c we won't be starting 5 freshman again is a pretty lazy way of looking at things, and ignores just how special the mix on the 12 & 15 teams were.

Jumanji was the second best movie in recent times behind Black Panther.

My new toboggan is when somebody is about to blast this lazy-*** team but they preface it by saying something like "THESE ARE GREAT KIDS, REALLY NICE KIDS...".

Isnt this already a thing? Whats the difference between this and the watch espn app (that does include live events)?

$4.99 isnt that bad if you get 8-10 buddies to chip and in and just share the password.

We did an early valentines date on Saturday, was drinking my 4th manhattan and ordering a steak in the first half, was having sex with my wife 30 mins after game ended - highly recommended.

I just want us to make the tournament - that's it, that's all. Lowest expectations of any Cal team since 2013. Honestly we all thought this team would be pretty brutal before the year started, just a weird combo of players/talent. The WVU game changed my expectations and made me get ALL IN for a week but that's been taken care of now.

If you're fat, you're fat. Don't try to tell me being fat is healthy or attractive. I'm personally carrying around an extra 25ish pounds that I shouldn't be, and it's disgusting, unattractive and unhealthy.

Keep your fat asses out of the swimsuit issue and I'll keep my fatass covered up with a shirt while I'm in public.

I'm guessing all of the stuff that doesn't come on the cable networks and used to be labeled ESPN3 will now be under a paywall. Either way I guarantee we'll have an early December non-conference basketball or yearly FCS football game on there.

World Wide Wes is coaching our receivers now? Now wonder coach cow sucks at recruiting these days.

-Duane Wilson out for season/career over, JJ Caldwell dismissed, Chandler suspended. Ouch #Aggies

This is going to be so tasty, UL fans and media are firmly building themselves up that the FBI sting won't result in NCAA action. Lolz.

*Watched most of the game Saturday night. That is until UK gave up 100 dunks in a row. That's when I decided to take my frustrations out of some Japs by watching The Pacific.

*Louisville Pizza Company last night. I've never had a bad meal there. Went with the Buffalo Chicken and the Grizzly. Both excellent choices. We met our vacation friends there and planned out our yearly trip. Headed back to Clearwater Beach for the 1st time since '09. I know there's nicer placed to go but I have a lot of Grandparent memories from there from when I was a kid. Plus, I love The Sandpearl.

*Speaking of Grandparents, I booked my flight to San Diego yesterday so I can see Granny on her 90th. I waited a little long and now I have to go through Baltimore. The good news is there's a 2.5 hour layover, which I love. I like drinking at the bars in airports. It seems I always stir up a conversation with someone and get their entire story as to why they are flying. Some have been interesting, others, not so much.

*Baked Ziti tonight. Using Italian sausage because I'm not an animal.

*Thinking on buying some Bose noise canceling headphones. Worth the price? *Fixed..fat fingered O and I together.

I expect near unanimous criticism, but I absolutely loathe Italian sausage. Top 3 most disgusting food for me, and I traditionally love almost all meat (that’s what she said).

Look MFrs Lent is an annual rite of passage signifying the close of winter and the beginning of spring. Also happens to coincide with March basketball which used to be something positive around here (ending with the 2015 Wisconsin game if you'll remember).

I, for one, will enjoy.

Oh yeah. Enjoy abstaining from quality meals, fasting, praying more, dark masses. Sounds like a blast.

I really hate it b/c my parents don't eat meat on Wed/Fri which interrupts my Wednesday lunch.

Also, Rudd. Get pumped. All religions have less than favorable black marks in their past. I was talking about actual traditions and not a bunch of creepy old men.

Meh I mean I get it but the "plus size" girls in the swimsuit issue aren't your typical Mama June's. Learn iskra Lawrence.

Chad - did you see my suggestion for the Degneration X theme song for your march playlist? Also throw in X-Pac. Probably the best song ever where the bridge is just "suck it" 22 times.

Finally got some stuff packed up this weekend. Spent a lot of time and money at At Home out in Hamburg. Pretty amazing the things females prioritize for a new house (bath mats, soap dispensers, FAKE BOXWOODS IN A BOWL) over what I seem to think is necessary (a fridge, new tv, PlayStation).

I watched most of the first half of the Kentucky game. Can't believe they lost like that! Shocker. Good group of kids tho

If SI was really on board with body positivism or whatever the F it’s called, they wouldn’t be photoshopping out the cottage cheese and fat rolls.

-all cased meat is good.

-catholic church has done a *lot* of good around the world. The handling of that issue is a black spot...but it ain't in the past, just yet.

-lent is fantastic. Anglicans, Lutherans Episcopalians and Presbys practice it as well. Sacrifice/attempting to better yourself is never a bad thing...no matter how small of a gesture it may be.
