I don't understand what kind of baldness pattern that is? You don't go bald like that, from the base of your neck, but you gotta patch/flap of hair on some of your neck...I think it/he had some sort of accident with fire or acid.
I'm guessing it was some sort of primitive transplant surgery that moved the hair on the back of his head to the top?

So I have suspected they water down the booze here (shocker). Talking to two eagles fans posted up at the beach bar. Congratulate them on their win and Carson Wentz’s recent engagement to a Ky girl. We decide to do celebratory tequila shots. Ask for Don Julio anejo. Bar tender pours and we partake...was pretty watery. I point this out to Eagle fan. They agree. Pour another, same thing...well let’s just say Eagle fan is not cool with it. Starts raising hell. Managers are called, accusations fly, threats of poor TripAdvisor’s reviews made...low and behold a new bottle emerges. Seals are cracked. Shots poured. Not watered down.

Well, they are all inclusive, not really free. Like taxes, somebody has to actually pay.
