* Didn't give a flying F about this Roy Moore situation and election, but I did absolutely revel in the misery of so many of his awful, awful supporters (like UKO). Those people are devastated today, which makes me happy.

Not devastated at all...he is gone when Trump is re-elected, so no skin off my back. And I was definitely not a supporter, and if he was guilty, then he shouldn't have been allowed to run at all. But this guilty before innocent stigma is spreading, and it isn't good.

My guess is your awareness of politics is slightly above that of a cockroach, so just enjoy the state of the country right now and STFU.

TFP.

Likewise. I was appropriately educated by the gentleman escorting his kids to Scuba Santa at the Newport Aquarium this past Sunday morning who elected to wear a t-shirt with the silhouette of an AR-15 and the words “Come And Take It.”

Don't know who I like more, the redhead who thinks she's Aretha Franklin or the cross-eyed bearded guy who looks to be in the middle of a bowel movement

It would do him a lot of good if he didn’t take himself so seriously and just had fun with being a lovable walkon.

Someone he respects needs to be honest with him and tell him he’s not good at basketball. Same principle as telling someone they can’t sing so they don’t embarrass themselves by trying to perform in front of people.

Every time he comes in the game in meaningful minutes the other team goes on a 7 point run. At least he isn't starting over Cliff Hawkins.

He’s right, he definitely would be on scholarship at the University of Kentucky to play basketball without being the coach’s son.

How many other offers did he have? Must’ve been several top 10 programs all over him.

At the monthly chamber of commerce luncheon, listening to our mayor elect espouse the virtues of income equality, affordable housing, and better compensation for our government workers to a group of rich old white men.

Ummmmm.....wrong crowd, toots.

(although she did get a very faint applause from the three or four minorities in the crowd)

Kennedy’s entire store is 40% off right now if you want to fight the crowd. Lots of Nike, Columbia, and Cutter & Buck stuff left as of an hour ago.

Lol, just realizing this is the same dude that blatantly burned his church down for insurance and got busted.

That's a special breed of redneck.

Backup pastor at Christ's Church in Louisville tried that maneuver once; the bishops took care of that nonsense real quick.

Not sure if you guys know this, but Dan was also the White House chaplain for a couple Presidents, rescued people on 9/11, set up safe zones during the Rodney King riots, and literally brought people back from the dead by performing miracles on a mission trip.

In reality he made extremely racist facebook posts while up for election, sexually assaulted a 17 year old girl, paid a couple people to burn a car he was upside down on, and probably burned down his church for insurance money.

And people in Kentucky elected this guy. People EXACTLY like UKO.

These psychos are your friends and neighbors folks...don’t forget that.

Psychos like this woman.

A passenger on a Southwest Airlines flight from Portland to Sacramento threatened to kill everyone on the flight on Saturday after she was caught smoking a cigarette in the bathroom.

Seems like unneeded escalation.

Sounds like she needed the smoke. Probably should’ve made an exception and let her fire one up.

:joy:

For a long time, though, the Louisville Cardinals basketball team played a different role: It was a kind of Potemkin Village, not so much elevating the university as hiding it. Louisville was a commuter school with a reputation so lackluster that a professor once told the Courier-Journal, “When I have a really first-class undergraduate, I tell them to transfer.”

Another round for Cincy:

Surrounded by the larger cities of Cincinnati, St. Louis, and Nashville, Louisville often felt like a stepchild, fighting for respect. Basketball helped. But even there, the Cardinals for years played second fiddle to the mighty University of Kentucky

Louisville is Carrie at the prom right now. Just when you thought you were in with the cool kids, you find out your crazy mom was right. We are all gonna laugh at you.
