Brad Calipari may be the best shooter on the team, the opponent has to respect his deep range, and his 3 point shooting prowess opens up passing lanes on offense.

In 15 games that he has appeared in he is shooting 2 of 14 for 14.3%. He is certainly our best outside shooter?!

Schiano was only on Pedo State's staff for, I believe, Joe Pa's last year. It's not like he was there for the whole debacle. If that's why they have gone back on his hire then that is ridiculous.
They (UT) haven't gone back on Schiano's hire for anything he did (or didn't do, in this case). They've gone back on it because of the reaction to the hire from their fanbase and even from Tennessee politicians. They didn't anticipate such a strong negative response.
They will have to pay him a decent sum of money before it's all said and done.
The negative response is based on his time at Penn St. Also, because his last name isn't Gruden. But mainly because of the Penn St. angle. Now granted they may not want him regardless, but that is the reason being floated for that reason
I'm well aware of that. The point remains, the UT AD was ok with it, but he didn't anticipate how many people were NOT OK with it.
