Just walked by Joel Justus and overheard him say "if I was a betting man, we were the one school I would have bet he wouldn't go to." Sounds like the staff was just as shocked by Knox as everyone else.

-Randle wasn't that big of a surprise. Murray certainly was close but even he was 50/50 and super quiet recruitment. Noel got a lot of smoke at the end but Knox is the only one that I was like where the hell did that come from. Still kind of shocked by it. Nabbing him out from under UNC was great.

-Feeling much better this afternoon. Anxiety is the weirdest/worst part of >30 hangovers. Well that an a 2 year old that is having none of your desire to chillax on the couch.

-Random memory from Saturday. Seviche Saturday night broke into a full on entire restaurant belting out "Sweet Caroline... bomp bomp bomp" while we were there. AL is cracking up and recording on social media.

-Serious this time. Diet is getting cleaned up for a few months.:)

How's about an awful looking burrito and a normal sized cookie, from Mami?

No Diamond David Lee Roth, no care, Richie.

- huge props to the Schems for making this bald bastards dream of attending a Derby come true. Overly gracious to no end.

- the female gyero contingent cleans up exceptionally well on Derby. Not that that's surprising.

- We took a show bet from race 5 through the Derby; longest I've been a part of one of those staying alive. Also vaguely recall Sloot rolling a massive wager on Always Dreaming...should have followed her lead. [eyeroll]

- Battle of the Beltway the next 4 nights = World Series harbinger. #nostradamus

- Seeing Ulis up close makes you appreciate his complete command for the game at any level, but especially in the league. Dude doesn't appear to tip the scales over 140 lbs. but pound for pound is the baddest man on the court.

- Feel like a rung out old mop.

- I've seen some of you creepers liking the Derby Party profile pic my wife tagged me in on Saturday. It's hard to answer, "who's (Gyero poster's real name)? They liked my profile picture. Is that someone you went to high school with?"

- Pat Forde's ALL OVER this former UK staffer defrauding money from some our pro guys. All. Over. It. That's fine, but how about that UL BOT, Patrick? Can't get any info out of the institution in your own backyard?

- One trick to avoiding a hangover - don't drink that much.

Harrelson already has a pending lawsuit, and it looks like Darius Miller was another defrauded. Shelvin Mack, too. Any ideas on who the 4th guy was?

Will be nice to have one of them collapsing the pocket from the inside. Haven't had that since Peters.

Staff wants him as a DT.

Talked to a few of my inside guys. Apparently, they're wanting the new committ to play DL. I'm trying to get a 3rd source to confirm.
