.

I had that rug as a kid, I think 2 of them actually. Remember asking my dad what that jug was and why it said "corn", and him trying to explain to me it was "corn liquor" but only the first part was visible.

Times have changed. You don't usually see university mascots toting around jugs of moonshine these days.

Yeah, after the last few weeks the chance of me hitting Keeneland this Saturday is 0. I hate Keeneland on Saturday to begin with. I'll be enjoying a weekend at home with the family. Welcome to venture on if you miss me that much.

BBdk, take the lass to Buckhead's tonight and I'll pay. TS. If not our bet is squashed.

Oh, yeah. I actually saw and spent time with Clark in Memphis. Really enjoyed it. He should do things like that more often rather than coming to town and blowing us off.
I meant to tell you so you could call him out on it but last weekend my cousin says to me, "Hey man that blonde with the big blue fist is hot..." I think I told him he should go for it.

Also, like clockwork, as soon as I mentioned your name to my dad he says "Oh yeah I coached him at Beechmont for a few years" and then I have to inform him that hes thinking of your cousin. He's made the same mistake no less than a dozen times.

Lol, I knew that was coming. Richie tells the best "pulled a Joey The Bonz" stories. The one from Tin Roof where he said he was going to Rite Aid real quick for some Tums (or something) after one beer then vanished is the GOAT.

He did it in Nashville too, but I get it in that situation after a 12 hour binge.

[laughing] Yeah, that one was bad.

Was about 2 clicks from a repeat of the Auburn debacle in Nashville and chief wasn't nearby for a quick trip to the Vet for stitches, had I not ghosted. Bang bang decision, really

It was worse than that, BBDK. This was on a Saturday night. Bonz and I made plans to eat and have a few casuals somewhere in St Matthew's. We met at Mellow and it was slammed. We walked across to Drake's.

Sat down at the bar and had a few beers. The Bama vs LSU game was on. The bartender takes our food orders and then Bonz in a somewhat mode of panick says he has to run to Rite Aid to get some Tums and will be back. He never returns. The bartender even felt bad for me when the food came out and placed his bill on the house.

Don't know if I was shocked, disappointed or both. Oh well.

I know this has been discussed but does Kyle Tucker not have a Facebook or personal Twitter or something? The guy has 32K UK fans following him and he's broadcasting his newborns every day, you'd think he'd want to keep that stuff to a smaller group of people.

No different than your amateur hour changes to the bet and your entry change. Ts. When you set a bet that's the bet. You don't change the rules, especially when is not acknowledge by everyone involved. Busch. So be lucky is you even get paid. In my opinion the bet was off when you changed the bet.

That's waaaaay better than I expected. Willy you're a good man and an expert in his craft.

Yeah, there weren't any clean copies out there so I just blew it up and redrew it, trying to stay true to the original's quirkiness. I added that little burlap texture because it was too plain without it.

I have one of those rugs somewhere. I think it is at my brother's house. Love that kind of stuff.

On Monday, when my boss asks me why all of the Kentucky Speedway signs aren't mocked up, I'm going to tell him WilliamJ needed an avatar.

People taking a long time order at In-N-Out Burger is a huge pet peeve of mine. Umm...hamburger...cheeseburger....or a double? This isn't rocket science people. And if you don't know the secret menu then you probably shouldn't be asking about the secret menu.

Worship tho...

Controversial?

Enjoyed In n Out but it didn't live up to the hype. The fries were subpar.

In n out is fine, it just gets the "not available everywhere" bump where it becomes cool to have and then your obligated to tell everyone how good it is so people know you are there. It's the same away everyone used to talk about five guys and yeungling beer 10 years ago. I don't even think In n out is the best west coast place I like whataburger better, even though that is still fast food and sucks compared to a burger at a real restaurant or grill out.

The fries are decent if you eat them immediately, while they're still piping hot. But wait just a couple of minutes and they're meh.

The burgers are consistently good, and that is probably the most impressive thing about the place - that the burgers are consistently good while being pretty cheap.

- Collegiate Licensing Corp has trademarked the colors blue and white, IIRC.

- If you are looking for an upscale dive feel with wings, piss on your Kentuckiana ski-lodge ********. Come up to Willy's state, sit idly by the gentle waters of the Mill Creek, and enjoy some smoked wings at the Northside Yacht Club - a landlocked, nautical themed dive bar located next to a tire shop.

Stu's wings are legit.

Invoking "Kentuckiana" as an SAE dog whistle is my hatoboggan.

They refer to ranch dressing as "NASCAR Sauce" at the yacht club. Which is correct, imo.

Where does Shake Shack rank in all of this because errbody freaks when we're near one and I feel like its basically Steak N' Shake.

I'm also not much of a hamburger connoisseur so that could just be me.

/late Will not be back to tattoos and scars. I was drunk looking for sound on a UK football game (ya I know). Other place rogue tends is great. Live music, good beer, good oysters. Rogues a good guy tho. Prob heading back soon.

If youre in lexington and you want to a nice little drunk weekend take the allegiant flight to ft. Myers (direct) jump the key west express and fly home delta out of KW. I enjoy it but im not a familyball.

Very easy with delta/Hilton points to do it for < $300 plus food/drinks.
