Media people still gonna talk about Virginia's style like they're the 2014 Spurs. They just like coaches too much.

Don't open that "Doesn't look good for this guy" thread. Mods will take it down and/or ban the OP for that graphic photo. Jesus.

That's a pretty tough claim. Even if it's true. Feel awful for those kids because this is what he's set them up for.

His wife had a stroke last month, and he's not allowing the kids to see her to protect their "brand."

That doesn't even make sense.

Lavar has gotten Tyson Crazy. I'd believe anything alleged against him.

He only eats food that was killed and flown to him by a peregrine falcon? Probably true.

Lavar only pays bills with pennies? Sounds like the dickhead he is.

Lavar and Marv Albert love to Eiffel Tower trannies? Whatever, man.

GameDay Rondos:

- Bennett's regular season 3 Card Monte trick has to be wearing thin on Cavaliers and admin. If I'm the AD, I have a nice chat about how the jig is up on his brand of basketball. Time to get in the shop this offseason and completely rebuild the engine of that offense, or hit the bricks. The blueprints out, there's 0 chance he can take a team to a FF, let alone title game playing like that.

Plus it's a ******* disgrace to the game and should be punishable by death. :uzi:

- Google search Xavier Basketball. The first five results are not about yesterday's game. Hint: Doctor. Leo. Marvin!

- Not a fan of the new h00ts Dutchman's. Gone are the nostalgic wood panel walls, torn up orange bar stools and general 80's Panama City Beach vibe that fit the tackiness of the place. Now it's all sterile and clean, marble bar top and LED lights. No sir, I don't like it.

- Fully expecting the air to come out of the Michigan balloon. Deng Adel has been coming on, can see him going off and Wolverine's not having an answer.

- Fully expecting Monk to break out of his shooting slump and put up yeoman's 25. I mean, if he exerts himself and tries to move a little without the ball instead of hovering around the arc.

- One would think our Kentucky boys take that pathetic chirping to heart and play with laser focus. The bat signal for SECT Hawkins to appear, if you will.

* Guess we'll find out how smart KenPom is today.

* Either Michigan or Louisville will lose today. That makes me happy. Gotta pull for the Wolverines for the first time since the '13 championship game.

* Hopefully the Shockers have thrown some fuel on the fire and our boys play with a little energy today.

* I touching still hate Wisconsin.

* UC v UCLA intrigues me. I don't think the Bearcats can score enough, but I think their defense and toughness could frustrate the Bruins. Wouldn't be shocked with a 30 pt UCLA victory, tho.

* I am not comfortable with our game today at all. Willis and Monk have to hit some shots.

* I had no idea Richie's boy Isaac was committed to the Shockers at one point.

* Go Big Blue!

Keep Bam out of foul trouble early or we will have to see more of humphries today I think that's why he got some run last game. WSU has some size down low and I assume Marshall goes right at Bam.

I woke up ornery and nervous good to have both feelings back again. :fistbump:

Throw Isaac, Woodchopper and hell, throw SKJ out there today. All have some size and are good for 15 fouls.

That top technology Nike has produced won't self cool you or produce optimal body temperature with your butt on the bench.

Oh, if the Lavar Ball story is true, even Marv Marinovich is going to think that is a little much and will most likely be outraged.

Want to see Monk attacking the rim early, and Willis to get one early 3ball. If that happens, all the other things fall into place and we avoid the slow start that we are notorious for.

I don't. I'm really hoping that Monk just stands around and Willis misses every shot he takes, tbh.

Got any more hot takes?

Let's pretend we don't start slow, Willis does great when he isn't involved early, and Monk doesn't do better when he is focused on attacking the rim before he starts shooting jumpers.

I'll be waiting on some of your lame overboard in game redass when those simple things don't happen and we are in a game looking at a loss.
