According to the DVR, CBS has the selection show slotted for 5:30-7:00 PM. [sick]

If they announce all the teams in the first 30 minutes and then spend the next hour talking about matchups and grilling the committee chair about how they screwed it up this year I am fine with that.

Although with that window, I bet there's a 30 minute portion at the beginning discussing the season and not announcing **** since it usually starts at 6pm. So, they're front loading the BS portion.

One of my favorite yoga instructors is a chick I met this summer when I was waxing her friend. She's stupid hot, and was rolling on E that night, and rubbing all over my lass while telling us she wanted to do a private session for us sometime.

Fast forward to this year, I'm taking her class, I'm getting hands on adjustments and watching her do the same to the other knockouts in the room. It's almost too much to handle sometimes.

Oh, and the flexibility stuff.

Best part about the Ulis game winner was the 100 or so UK/NBA or current UK players reacting immediately on the internet. May be the only guy who is universally liked by everyone he's played with.

Plus he got his own video from that one guy who makes all the basketball videos.

Hello GYERO. Thank you for your thoughts and prayers with the loss of my dad. You guys are some good Wildcat Friends.

-Could I do yoga if I have zero coordination? You all know I am cardio 99% of the time. With limited time to work out, I always choose running or spin. I should probably mix it up.

-Is BBdK out on Nashville? I can't remember and I'm trying to finalize dinner reservations and such. Century, will you and your buds all be there?

-I can't remember **** about what I was going to respond to over the last couple of weeks. I think I had some good replies though.

-Butchertown was very tasty. That gnocchi... yum.

- [roll]at PTI. How would I explain that one to your mom? Or mine? It makes a good story though.

-Get ready for Bike to Beat Cancer brackets again this year. I'll get it all figured out by next Monday. You should automatically get an email to sign up for the group. It'll be $10. Half to winner, half to charity. :basketball:

-Barring some type of issue, Mags is probably right, we're paired with UNC. Prefer to go South b/c East/Midwest should be a terror this year.

-I thought I made it clear when I said -> F*ck Luke Kennard. Seems pretty straight forward to me. So, no. My list will stay like it is. Brooks is disqualified for that awful flop and playing on the West Coast. 3rd team bitchbois.

-Yoga, honestly been meaning to for about 3 years. Tried the online classes a couple times but didn't stick. I need to get into a class but they're all soccer mom hours and expensive as hell. Granted it would likely be worth it for the back help. Although I've got my back feeling pretty good with the strength training.

-WS should just prepare to explain an untimely and unconventional death to momma(pti). Cleans up all his messes anyways.

The best part of the extended bracket show is watching the bracket get leaked on Twitter followed by sports media Twitter's righteous indignation.

The best part of the actual Ulis vid is Bledsoe. Dude had his arms in the air a millisecond after the ball left Ulis's hands knew it was going in :100points:

WS - first of all, sorry to hear about your dad. That sucks.

Yes, we'll be there, although some of the core guys can't make it (don't worry, your boy Eric will still be there:D).

We started our SECT group in Tubby's first season, and this marks the 20th year. For most of that time, we had as many as 20-25 in our group but we're now down to 8, and this year may the the last, at least in its current form.

Man. Sorry, WS. I'll never forget the kind words you said in Indy before you and Anth headed over to Lucas Oil. Meant a lot. Same condolences for you all.

- When brackets are realeased, I'll know for sure that my picked bracket will go busted because of Duke and Oregon and I'm already pissed off at them about it. Both teams are capable of winning 4-6 games. Both teams are capable of going home during the first weekend. Whatever I decide, the opposite will happen. Therefore, Duke is winning it all in my bracket. You're welcome.

- Watched Dunk City win their conference tourney yesterday afternoon and I'll be damned if they don't look like a team that could give someone/anyone FITS again. Played the hell out of Baylor and Michigan St. on the road back in November as well. They have a few "dudes," as the middle aged sportswriters say.

Actually I am not even sure we need Oregon/Arizona/UCLA to lose.

KY has 5 more top 50 wins than all of those teams.

POINT IS.....no one is talking about us right now and I think COW loves that position.

- Sorry to hear about your dad Sloot.

Someone should tell the NCAA selection committee about the bracket matrix and see if they give a ****. They won't. A West coast team will be the 1 in the west because of geographical preference. They will make a 2 or 3 seed a 1 in order to accomplish that. Accept it.

Of the top 16 teams in the BRACKET MATRIX give me playing Baylor all/air.

Also I had no idea there were so many brackets. How can a GYERO bracket get in there?

:boom::uzi:[devil]:fire:MONSTER JAM RECAP:boom::uzi:[devil]:fire:
Wow those bad boys are loud!! Got to see gravedigger, the ultimate bad boy of monster trucks. No one got a louder ovation. Used to love the old gravedigger-Bigfoot rivalry. Bigfoot wasn't there, not sure if it retired or what. Some cool new blood trucks were there. One looked like a dog. Had a tongue and a wagging tail. Whole dog thing. Looked like Harry and Llyods van from dumb and dumber. My sons favorite was KRAZYTRAIN. This dude had a monster truck with one of those train horns. He would toot that sucker and the crowd went into a frenzy. Took my 2 sons and their buddy. They worshipped this event. Stood up and whooped and hollered the whole time. Bought them all $15 slushees and some expensive (for the common man, not me tho) plush monster trucks. Only real downside was the exhaust fumes. My eyes have been crazy watering lately because of allergies but those fumes had me essientially blind by the end of the night. Face looked like I had been chopping onions or something. People around me probably had the medic on standby. Really made a fool of myself but it was a monster truck show so wgaf.

It's been a while since we've had some old-fashioned, genuine Mitch redass. It looks like Sunday is shaping up to be a great day to rekindle that relationship. :100points: :lock:.
