Leaving Kroger ystdy I saw the Golden Arches & couldn't resist. 10 piece McNugget & large fries. Sweet n' Sour & Buffalo sass. Maybe do this once per year.
Chad is wining and dining all over town (and the US) these days, soaking up trendy atmospheres, renting out entire bars/restaurants to celebrate his engagement, drinking $14 cocktails (or making his own with his "go-to" $40 bourbon), etc.

I get it man, it wasnt Boca, but it was still a nice group outing with some close friends.
Actually, now that I think about it, I did go back into the kitchen postmeal to dap John Boca. We shared a long conversation about his immigrant parents and how their initial struggle has influenced how he prepares his chutney.

I like large plate restaurants myself.
Not sure what I think about this "friendly staff" concept. I enjoy surly, inattentive servers, myself.
Hammerhead's is maybe my favorite joint in town. Everything on then menu is unreal. Granted it's located in The Bermuda Triangle of Louisville and even my Uber driver got lost on the way one time the food is incredible.
Not trying to be a writer snob, but I would be more apt to dine at Hanmerheads if it were "nestled into the heart of Louisville's Germantown neighborhood" instead of just being located there. Just a take. Nothing more. Nothing less.

Let me be clear. I like nice restaurants, I just don't give a flying GD f*ck who prepares it. I'm simply unconcerned with a Chef's TKR (Total Kitchens Run) or his MAR (Meal Above Replacement).
