Don't worry The Randall, you still have the Timberwolves, Arsenal, Columbus Crew, and no telling who else. [eyeroll]

So is Rob a Bardstown private investigator now?

I'm not posting in that thread, that's for damn sure. Pretty soon posters in that thread are about to have "accidents" atkot.

I'd like to **** on him but know he has family in Bardstown so I think he is pretty spot on with the info as I have heard similar.

It's going to be one hell of a movie when all the facts come out.

Not saying he's responsible but this got stirred up again when noted Bardstown honk, Booker Noe, returned from a trip from Mexico. And not the resort part of Mexico either-full on cartel spots. Doubt he was present but he knows a lot more than hes willing to admit. Anything he says on here is merely deflection.

Passing on the Bahamas to spend Thanksgiving week in Maui, with or without UK, was the right call. Came to the Maui Invitational with UK in '06 and '10, and planned to be here every 4 years going forward. Sucks that Cal is opposed to coming back, but whatever.

Even the UNC fans at our hotel don't like UKO.

The pictures of that crashed school bus in Chattanooga are pretty horrifying. The bus was basically ripped in half by a giant tree.

Mags52 tweeted for someone to come read the topics on Hey Kentucky tonight, since I live right around the corner from LEX18 figured I'd go ahead and try to see if I could get picked and do it - pretty cool to do it and also to have my phone blow up from people I hadn't talked to in a long time.

Hardest part was definitely not interjecting myself into the discussions.

Reali got his start as Stat Boy for PTI, so if you want to start an around the horn show to air at 7, I know someone you can call, Matt. :cool2:

Figured my shitposting would be allowed since it's a slow night in GYERO. Try not to interject too much.

So, there's a UT basketball player with the first name Shembari? Shembari Phillips? Now that's a first.

* Managed to organically work in "get pumped" and "position of knowledge" last night. Top 5 professionally rewarding night of my career for sure.

I think Brian Lane's squad is better offensively than it's been the last 2-3 years but they can't guard to save their lives. Geese was right, they ran lots of DDMO but we switched everything on them in the second half and all the DDMO in the world can't help you if you give up 9 of 12 from 3 in the second half.

All of this is to say to Transy, both the school and the poster: For the fifth consecutive year, do so very kindly get pumped.

* Really fun opening round at the Maui. I think Oklahoma State is a year away from being where they want to be, but Brad Underwood is a stud and he's going to destroy it there. They'll be mid-2000s good under him. The next team besides Kansas that's going to win the Big 12 is those guys. Pretty happy they beat UConn. Screw that program.

* Georgetown got blown out by Arkansas State, blew a 10 point lead with 2 minutes left against Maryland and then just beat Oregon in Maui. Just make Allen Iverson the coach and get it over with. This must happen.

* "The NCAA is so mad at Kentucky they gave Cleveland State two more years of probation." Stupid John Feinstein making up quotes and getting shelf life out of them.

* A real shame about Ohio State/Michigan being such a huge game is that it overshadows Bedlam and Washington/Wazzu, both of which have playoff implications and should be far more enjoyable to watch.

* Favorite Thanksgiving dessert: Chess pie. Super clutch. Tradition. Hard to beat.

* Thanksgiving is the only holiday where I prefer pie over cake. Otherwise, I'll let speak on my behalf on this debate.

I hope Harry Giles never steps foot on the court for Duke. I think it would be hilarious for him to decide to not risk further injury and start preparing for the NBA Draft like that Oklahoma DL. While we cut down the nets, lets those c-suckers play the "what-if" game.

-Not if they lose Evans to the draft, along with Forte (Sr), BKH. That's an underrated Top college backcourt right there -- be difficult to replace in one year, but agree Underwood seems like the type who will have no trouble getting that program back to where it needs to be with time.

-If the tournament started tomorrow, I'd still have Kansas #1, especially given Duke's current situation. They just don't have any weaknesses, imo. Flat loaded.

College basketballs know, but Lauri Markkanen o_O. That dude is scary good/talented, good grief -- looks like a young Dirk out there. With the success of Porzingis, won't be surprised at all to see dude's name in the #1 pick convo when it's all said and done.

-Pretty disappointing/boring 1st week of Richie fatherhood from GYERO's view.

-Wife & I handling Thanksgiving dinner again this year in it's entirety for the Baldwins, Meemommie has had a rough patch, and we enjoyed doing it last year and taking the burden off of her. Enjoy, Brooks -- cool feeling, indeed. While the rest of you are getting drunk, reliving High School, and watching sports, we'll be celebrating the true meaning of this wonderful holiday. Grow up.

-Still haven't turned on the heat, Fires every single day -- crazy how fast that sucker will heat the entire floor, if anything, keeping it from getting too hot is the only real issue.

-Rob73 acting like he was in Bardstown as an eyewitness for the latest murder, and describing details & even conversations that took place between deceased Tommy & Grandson, [laughing][roll] Pretty incredible, man. That dude's know-it-all-ness knows no bounds. Can't figure out why the FBI hasn't just called him in so they can put this whole mystery to rest. Hopefully he can consult on the Dateline/48Hours/Movie that's bound to come of all this one day.

-Never had pretzel salad, but it has my attention. All about cool-whippy concoctions, and anything that has pretzel/chocolate -- seems like a sure winner, dunno.

* First glass of egg nog of the season this morning (unspiked). Love that ****.

* Schoolbus story hit me hard yesterday. Not gonna lie. Horrible.

* Working like a mofo with all of this Black Friday ****. Getting out early tomorrow. The wife and kids will be going to her parents house to make pies.

It's just going to be me, my panini maker, a sixer of some IPA to be named later and the Cats moving left to right across my television. [banana]

Thanksgiving, indeed.

"Hey- we'll probably just end up at O'Shea's or Molly's. See you there?"

Furnace being serviced today as we have no heat in the house, minus a $20 space heater. Chimney being inspected and swept this week as well. Will be nice to not sleep in a hoodie.

Kentucky on the Dec 16th-18, NYC on the 21-14, down to the beach on the 29-New Years Day. :sunglasses:

"What do you want for Christmas YOUVE GIVEN ME NO IDEAS?!!" To be left alone, maybe?

"I ordered our Christmas Cards, thats the $300 on the Amex." NOPE. Cancel that immediately. Find a coupon or go to target and get some cards, i dont care. I mean....

Gonna play the credit card points game again after taking a while off. Paying for flights and hotels is a bit ridiculous. Gonna try a different itinerary in Europe next year. Interested in Austria and the Czech Republic. Wonder what they will think of old America this time next year.

Got a nap scheduled on Friday while my wife is out black friday shopping. Been thinking about that for some time.

Pretzel salad with strawberry jello is an ALL TIMER.

Not really looking forward to Thanksgiving this year. Some people have not handled losing this election very well and it has gotten beyond weird. Grow Up.

Kanye in the hospital for exhaustion? BBdk have any inside info?

Some people have also not handled winning the election well, as evidenced by their 375th post about the subject in this very thread.

Supposedly that bus driver said something like "Are y'all ready to die?" before crashing the bus. How freaking stupid and tragic.
