The thing with Duke is everyone is assuming those hurt freshman are just going to be plug and play make Duke great. It doesn't work that way. Depending on how long they are out it may take them some time to be a factor and some of them may not be a real factor at all this season no matter how talented they are simply because of time lost practicing and rotations with them out being solidified.

It's a big unknown how that plays out for them and I'd rather be in our position verses than theirs waiting on hurt freshmen.
Harry Giles has played something like a quarter of a season of basketball in about two years. From a developmental standpoint he's like a high school junior or one of those African players who just learned the game from Kevin Bacon two years ago. After that much time off he's going to have to shake off a lot of rust, learn how to trust his legs again, hope his athleticism is still there, and adjust to college size and speed. I'm sure he's a stud, but I'm not sure anybody would be able to make that transition in two or three months.

The smart thing for Giles is just to a pack it up and wait for the draft. He could do serious damage to his stock if he actually plays college ball when he is not ready physically or mentally to do so. I know Cal would push him to do that but I wonder what players first Coach K does.

I always get the due dates of Mrs. Richie and LSat mixed up. Mid-Nov for one, late Nov for the other. I would like some reports on effacement, dilation, and stations please.

There's no chance in hell Giles doesn't play at Duke if he is physically capable of playing.

I mean, he will play because K is a scum bag. However, and I honestly don't think this is sour grapes, he really needs to think about this. Another knee injury could cost him MILLIONS. That Oklahoma DT just packed it in for the season for this very reason. He's a top 20 pick regardless... unless he gets hurt.

Let's create some positivity over the next few weeks leading up to the holidays ... Anyone interested in a holiday gift exchange?! It doesn't matter where you live, you are welcome to join. I need 6 (or more) ladies of any age to participate in a secret sister gift exchange.

You only have to buy ONE gift valued at $10 or more and send it to ONE secret sister. Afterwards, and you will receive 6-36 gifts in return!! It all depends how many ladies join.

Let me know if you are interested and I will send you the information!
Please don't ask to participate if you're not going to follow through with sending one $10 gift.
TIS THE SEASON!

Comment below if you're in & I'll send you the details via fb messenger - if they are confusing at all, please let me know!!

My friend did this last year and received so many cute gifts!! It was exciting for her to receive packages in her mailbox!!

If I didn't tag you, it doesn't mean you can't participate. I just did a quick run through. This will be super fun!!! And if I DID tag you, but you just don't feel like participating, I promise you won't hurt my feelings!
you guys!
Thank you

You'd think after a few years of this women would recognize it's a pyramid and doesn't really work.

I've got a feeling Duke isn't going to be patient with Jackson and end up without a real seasoned PG in March.

Thinking Coach K may have bit off a bit more than he could chew with the THE BEST EVER 2ND BEST recruiting class he pulled this season. Until now, Coach K has been pretty successful in terms of developing 1-and-done players into lottery picks. Certainly better than any other coach in America not named John Calipari.

If you're a MDAA and truly want to be NBA-ready after a year of college, it's a two horse race (and not really event close --> ahem Bill Self [eyeroll]). If Coach K manages to royally touch-up this class, and there are several scenarios how this plays out, then look out.

Coach K is terrible at team building atkot.
Meh, they're the best team but they're not without weakness. Pretty obvious a true PG is fairly important in March and dealing with young talent is tough. I think those are legit concerns. No reason we can sit back and poke holes in their greatest team ever, because we know the exact same **** has happened to us the past few times.

Someone said that during the game last night, they're as good or close to as good as 2015 UK.

F'ing false.

UL and Petrino hacking teams now?

This will be interesting to watch.

http://www.cbssports.com/college-fo...ible-game-plan-security-breach-at-louisville/

"We are concerned that there was some type of security breach,'' Clawson said, via the Winston-Salem Journal. "I have shared it with Ron Wellman, and we're doing everything we can to make sure all of our information and data is more secure moving forward.''

Details, however, remain scarce at this time.

"Since that time, we have been looking at various possibilities and haven't come up with anything for certain at this point,'' Wellman told the paper. "But we will continue to review everything that we do and investigate how this might have happened and make sure it doesn't happen in the future.''

If Louisville did in fact uncover Wake Forest's game plan, it either did a good job of hiding it or it didn't work to the Cardinals' advantage

In their defense, they're both 1 loss teams.

No ****. Injuries happen, I get that but these cucks couldn't make it out of the first week or so of the season before dropping a game. You won't see a team like that for a really f'ing long time. But I'm glad that's the pressure put on them so they can't be dissected for the rest of the season.

Great thing in this case is that UL has its own Sheriff investigating and I'm sure hes about to release a statement on this at any moment.

Petrino hacking your 20 year old daughter's Facebook page mining for pics seems way more plausible than that creeper ****** stealing your plays.

By "hack" you mean some dumbass at Wake Forest lost their game sheet and it got over to UL, I believe it.
I was actually hoping they uncover a grand illegal hacking team at UL adding another scandal to their record. Shut it, maxxxx.

Well boys, after just 3 games it looked like a promising season for our young Wildcats. But Duke almost beat Kansas *without* two of the best players in the country (who haven't played a minute of college ball), so Rob Dauster is gonna go ahead and ship the title to Durham.

Maybe next year.
