Commonwealth was LIT Saturday night, I assume it looked awesome on TV?

Agree with Richie, one of the better atmospheres I've been apart of start to finish there, easily. Seems silly, but those White Pom Poms played a role in that...those things looked awesome. Stadium just popped all around at night, and the crowd itself was just bonkers . Tailgate was almost close to old school style, great turnout -- Just a shame we couldn't pull it out.

-Loge, lol. Unreal, as was the crew we had.

How about Fox's hang in the air finger roll? Dude loves that and his Euro Step.

Think with Mulder its simply in game confidence. We will new him at one point this year as a zone buster.

-Don’t love the fade on that 3rd down play but get why it was called. We had already put the ball in the middle of the field on 2nd down to set up the fg so you knew it would be a pass into the end zone. If we’re gonna throw it in that situation (knowing Johnson struggles throwing short/medium routes over the middle) then we’ve gotta go with something quick and to the outside.

-Much bigger issue with our defensive choices on the final drive. 8-10 yard cushion in that situation just doesn’t make sense. UGA had plenty of time and we were conceding way too much. Disappointing.

-Is there a receiver you trust to actually make a play? Our guys are great at getting open and not great at most everything else.

-Watched the game last night until the start of the 2nd half. Meh.

Fox reminds me of a left handed version of Wall. Incredible finisher...can jump off either foot in the lane...quick like a cat...can change directions on a dime. Probably a bit turnover prone, but that's only b/c he plays at such a fast pace.

Tavin Richardson. I don't think the staff plays favorites much, but I definitely get the sense Baker is playing, partially, to keep him from being a locker room problem. Richardson has looked better than Baker at every turn.

The corner fade is college football's answer to the "clear out"/last second hero attempt in college basketball. It works approximately .003% of the time. Maybe less, actually.

I mean, basically all you need is an accurately thrown ball by your terrible quarterback, an extremely physical receiver who can get a step on his man, perfect timing, strong hands, and then snatch the ball away from the defender midair while acrobatically landing with your feet in the end zone and maintaining possession. I like the call.

One player has averaged over 2 steals a game in Calipari era (Noel). Thinking Fox joins him this year.

Goal line: play action, the tight end is open approximately 139% of the time. Maybe more.
OTOH tho UGA would have been completely unprepared for Stephen Johnson to make that fade route work with the DICKFINGERS CORP running routes.

I knew when people were on the pregame show talking about whether or not to rush the field that we were losing that game. Never fails.

The three best home crowds in the last two years have all been losses in winnable games where we dicked the game away: Florida & Auburn last year, and Georgia this year. Gotta win one of these, MARK.

The line has already been bet down to from UK +15 to +12.

Also, NICE JOB NICE EFFORT TEXAS A&M.

Is there anything more horrifying as a fan of the defense than watching the bootleg play action to the wide touching open tight end on the short end of the field?

Happens seemingly every time.

Saw Badet streaking past the UGA defender and then turned my head to Johnson make the throw. Immediately thought... That's six. Sat down quickly when Badet dropped it and didn't even realize there was an int.

-Is it okay to be really disappointed in Saturday night but also *fairly* excited about the rest of the season/bowl game/next season?

That's pretty much where I am. That loss hurt, but I get it. We're just not there yet. I still think we can beat UT, and frankly, am holding out my faint hope for the UofL game.

F em. I like this team. They've busted their asses to get it fixed, and will be going to a bowl game. We have virtually everyone back next year and a slew of redshirts. Honestly, the program is, **gasp**, in good shape. Let's win out, bitches.

-Was a great tailgate scene at Anth's, and nice to meet Killa and Chase. Great dudes. Can't believe that was the first time we met.

-Loge... yep. It's ridiculous. Just an incredible way to watch a ballgame. Great vantage point. Full bar. Buffet. Private restrooms. The works. Thanks again to the Schems for the invite. Had a blast.

-As for the feudal alcohol policy, the experience really just confirmed it. Enjoying cold beverages at a major sporting event is simply a no brainer. Did I abuse alcohol the entire game? You bet. Did I drop a ton of cash doing it? Absolutely. Was I publically intoxicated? No doubt. Did I make it home okay without incident? Obviously.

It's 2016. People can get drunk anywhere. Open the tap lines for Christ's sake. Stupid.

-The white pom poms were dope. Our unis, however, were awful. Really wish they'd retire the chrome helmets at this point. Just meh.

I wont watch it live, but will definitely check out the SNL with Chapelle and A tribe called Quest.

Someone mentioned Mulder getting 10 Minutes a game which I thought was silly, and still doubt he gets *that* much run but he does seem more confident and capable this year, granted this competition was god-awful. But if he continues to shoot the pee out of the ball or whatever Cal said- maybe he can contribute.

Even Pulliam had a sneaky athletic move last night. He looks funny though. Not sure what it is but he looks funny.

For as limited as he is throwing the ball- Johnson did enough to win that game and he's a gamer. Not sure we would have progressed offensively with Barker honestly. If he was chucking the ball all game long to receivers who dont catch the ball well- we may not even be in bowl game position.

Been trying to tell people for years about the advantage that shakers gives to a home team.

Met a guy through work about 10 years ago who turned out to be a really good friend- was mildly obese when I met him.... just finished his first full IronMan over the weekend. Was pretty awesome for him. He had tried a bunch of ways to shed weight and nothing worked so about 5 years he literally just thought of the most ridiculous and impossible thing he could do to get in shape and triathlons were what he went with.

Had some family things going on I was trying to keep up with so I got on facebook again last week... NOPE. Election facebook is hysterically bad.

Apparently my squirrel guy did a bang up job securing the house against returning pests, but in his efforts he left one behind and it couldnt get out. Woke up Saturday to the foulest smell imaginable. Got my rubber dishwashing gloves and flashlight and climbed in the attic... after an hour of searching and half digging through insulation I found him huddled in a corner, dead as hell. Just an awful awful smell. Yelled down to my wife to get this little grabber tool we keep so she can reach the top of the pantry so I could snatch him up. She came back with a fire poker. Like she wanted me to just stab it like they do trash on the side of the highway.

Expect pre-game apologies from Richie for any game he isnt able to make now.

* Rupp looks - and sounds - absolutely fantastic. The LEDs, scoreboard, blue pipes, etc. make it visually appealing.

DJ Warren Peace's beats were thumping on the new sound system.

* That Mulder dunk reminded me of the dunk wcc put on Anth in that Derby Classic 1-on-1 battle.

* There was one pass on UGA's final drive that I thought we were going to get a pick 6 out of. DB seemed to be in position, anticipated the throw, and... nope. Complete in the flats and nobody else touches him for 12 yrds. Grrrrr,

* I gotta admit, though. The improvement from game 3 until now is remarkable.

* Please beat Tennessee. Is that too much to ask?

* Bigger life changing development tomorrow... Dumb or Dumber becoming President or wcc starting a new job? Good luck and enjoy that downtown scenery one last time.

* This time next week, I'll be in NYC getting ready for Monday Night Football. :airplane::100points::cool2::flush:

Bonzo and I are the only two dudes on GYERO who could run all 40.

And we're both pretty bad, skill wise. I'd put $$ on Asbury, frankly.

Fraternity brother transferred in from Asbury and played there. He barely made our fraternity A team.

But they put up 50 on these defensive terrors.

You think a group of old white honks could put up 50 with Monk and Fox dropping their nuts all over you? Ha, nope.

*First game I'd been to in ages and had a blast. Unfortunately, my performance was limited by some pneumonia-esque disease. Apologies to all for hacking bulbous loogies every 30 to 45 seconds. Tried to contain them all discreetly in a spit cup, but I'm fairly certain it was still disgusting.

*Appreciate Sloot and Anth's hospitality, and it was nice to have met so many of you dicks that I feel like I have known for over a decade. I felt like I was meeting 10 different pin pals. Everyone was very cool, as expected.

*Anth's wings were ridiculous. Some of the best I've ever had, anywhere. If I'm honest with myself, it kind of tells me that I'm not great with the Big Green Egg.

*That game felt like an actual, relevant, SEC game. The atmosphere was fantastic, and it just proves once again that UK fan craves decent football. Give us a half way decent product and we'll go apeshit for it. We live for UK sports.

*Really, really disappointing that we couldn't get it done, but the program is obviously heading in the right direction. Should we be ranked in the top 25-30 preseason next year? Feels like we should, but I still have a blue Kool-Aid mustache.

*Asbury, [laughing]. I'm a little disappointed we couldn't hang on to the 100 point lead. I mean, they clearly wanted to lose by that much, we should've just obliged. 5 in 5 out every 90 seconds and press the entire time, against Kentucky, and you're Asbury. [laughing]

* Does Stevie Austin still have this viking? I really hope not.
