The Paragon Pro-Deluxe Single Pump Warmer looks and sounds way better than the more expensive and nasty sounding Gold Medal Bagged Cheese Warmer.

So let's gather all this health assessment information tell you we're going to give you an 8% decrease if you hit these milestones and then jack up your renewal to 50% so you either take a plan that is less coverage OR you switch carriers for a year. Amazingly none of our other insurances increased at all. Besides hiring a large firm to manage the regulations, spend countless hours navigating the renewal process and the actual increases to compensate for the plans which your company loses money on, not a lot. Because we're a good company and already offered the minimum guidelines at no charge to our employees.
Rookie move keeping the change. You give back all the change down to the penny, creating the illusion of trust, then you use that trust when you've really f*cked up and need to tell a big lie.
