Saw 13 last night, interesting show. While there is lots of material here, there were 3 themes I couldn't help but notice.

1. The system is rigged.
2. The media is biased and used to shape public perception.
3. The Clinton's are corrupt and full of bad ideas.

- How did Fox and Monk become awful shooters all of the sudden? It's just typical- if something's not great, it sucks. They both have good strokes. I actually think Monk will shoot the ball well. I think Fox will be decent. Plus, they pretty much ignore the fact we have a 6'9" sharpshooter.

- Not bad choices, @catholic_back. How far is Nashville from Owensboro (I assume your folks are still there)?

- Those Cubbie Fan aholes gotta be getting tight right about now...

A better Stafford pic:

-Denis Frankenberger is a pretty serious dude (and good guy). Not a bad thing to have him worked up over the arena issue if you're on the transparency/solvency side of the table.

-Weekend forecast looking dope.

-Not going to happen, but that 2013 banner coming down would cause multiple spontaneous orgasms to the point where I'd be on the floor in a fetal position. Can't even imagine tbh.

-Blazer and slacks for Keeneland Saturday. Former is getting some alterations. Later at the cleaners. May go undergrad and not change before the game but we'll see. Haven't done the Double in its pure form since 04 iirc.

-Yea, lass can come home any time now. I'm worn the touch out. Single parents deserve every bit of respect possible.

-Like to see Gran draw up some quick passes to our playmakers and give them the ball in space this Saturday. With two weeks to plan I'm excited to see what he does against an aggressive State defense.

-Love this guy.

Glad someone is looking into the YUM! deal, which is an even worst deal than PBS given the leverage (or lack thereof) UL had vs. what the Bengals had... BUT... let's not act like any possible deal for a new Rupp wouldn't be shady as touch either.

Make them buy their own damn arenas.

-May rue this but hoping for a freeze soon. Lingering head cold is really pissing me off. Also, we've had enough rest, work is boring as hell with 85 in October, and I'm not able to ride in the evenings. Lets just get this **** over with and pray for late February.

-Yeah, 13th is really really well done but it's not exactly objective.

-Last time, black suit is completely appropriate for formal weddings and funerals which is about 50% of my formal occasions. I have charcoal and navy-ish suits and a couple sports jackets. I'm not wearing this to Keeneland and you all should have better confidence that it is cut right, tailored, and I won't look like 23 year old door to door yellow page salesman. Get a grip.

-Bam getting fouls concerns me but Humpries should be more than serviceable to give him relief. Don't forget about that dude.

-Lol, I saw Troy giving some sportsscribs a bunch of grief on twitter the other day. GREAT dude from my limited interaction. I suppose BBdk was the scapegoat friend back in the day.

-Family Dinner night = 1/2 way through the week. [winking]

Try "I have" next time Sloot, you may just like the way it sounds.

-Troy was the 'bad boy' among our trio. Great dude, but definitely a sneaky & mischievous little rascal

..believe his [smoke] sister used to fit ole SAE for custom shirts and such.

The turn for the worst with the Cubs is really getting me down, but I mean I have never turned the corner into expecting good things from them. Kind of got drunk last night watching and threw out an "F you" to a wildcat text buddy and called him a *****, too. Sorry booker (I dont take it back though).

Lost in all of this suit convo is a real "head in the sand" attitude among GYERO's fashion-balls re: male dress shirts.

White, light blue, or white with a simple striped/checked pattern. That's it. That's the list. Any non-white or light blue solid color worn with a suit can get pumped, imo and is a sure sign of not being taken seriously.

Yeah, our resident UK HOOPS superfan said the dude has changed into an entirely different person over his career here.

Also, finally heard the Mitchell rumblings. So this is all over him inheriting a boat load of money and being an absentee coach and leaving everything up to the assistants? That's pretty weird. Also, why are we paying a super rich dude a million per year to coach a club sport?
Because Mitch.

Great post. Looking forward to 77k more just like it.

You used to be a great poster. Hell, your post proclaiming yourself as such has only been liked by three people - GetBucket$ (who?), BleedBlueCats21 (who?), and abh ([eyeroll]). Those three MIGHT equal one semi-relevant poster. Quite a precipitous fall from your prime. UCL, Max, and Rob are funnier. Chase is snarkier. PTI is more sarcastic and athletic. Chad and Llama are better college basketballs. Willy is more creative. Doc is cheesier, but somehow more lovable. SAE is more highfalutin. Anth and Sloot have more refined palates and social graces, and are generally just more pleasant. Not sure what your role is anymore, bub.

Pass the veal, child.

Your 8 figure trust fund kicks in, and within 3 years you've lost three in state certified HVAC techs, a Parade All American HR consultant, a Hall of Fame Director of Operations, and two MVP servicemen. Bank on it.
Psst. Child please. I'm not like you, yearning to save every penny and retire at 45 to go plan obscure ultra marathons in ****** Louisiana Territory small towns while living in a seedy 1 bed room apartment.

The setup is actually almost the exact opposite of potsies, actually.
