Giving more thought to this bucket list:

Play H-O-R-S-E or do some other type of shooting challenge with any former player on Rupp's floor. Really, anything that falls in the realm of a fantasy camp style contest (in Rupp) would be pretty awesome.

How about being an "honorary coach" for a random home game? Maybe win a Clearinghouse-like raffle, or just let me be the honorary coach because I'm handsome and cool and know my Xs and Os. Honestly, I would love to hear my name announced out loud in Rupp. "And tonight's honorary coach of the Wildcats . . . "
***When I was a kid, I would always pretend/dream that I was playing on that floor and scoring in buckets. Doug Bruce was roaring, "BASKET BY . . ." I'm weird. Didn't Bruce get in trouble for something, I think?***

Have Cal come to my gym and help me coach a practice or give a pre-game pep talk.

Scout opponents for Cal (or any future UK coach) and have him use my notes in a pregame walk-through/chalk talk.

I had a student a few years ago that I kept in touch with- and he went to work as one of the first IT guys with a start up called Shipt- which is basically an app that you use to have your groceries delivered. I thought i'd be a supportive friend and sign up for it... and its freaking awesome.

No more having my wife spending $75 additional dollars on **** we dont need but she had a coupon for, no more having to put pants on and leave the house for groceries, no more awful small talk with the check out freaks, no more feeling like an ******* for not donating an additional $1 to whatever charity is at the register... Hit a few buttons and an hour later someone in a Scion shows up with my stuff.

Tell you what- these relatively simple tasks that i never really hated doing- well I've realized not having to do them is even better.

Counterpoint: if you have kids, the chance to get out of the house for a little bit, take a leisurely drive to the store, listen to the radio, peruse the aisles, shop for exotic beers, hand pick your own produce, make eye contact with attractive strangers... shew.

Shipt can get Pumpt.

"Jeff, maybe you should take one more club."

(Mumbles incoherent frustration under his breath, hits his 4th straight shot 50+ feet from the hole)

"Thanks, Jeff."

My legitimate list...

-Suite for a "big" UK game at CWS. Stocked bar. 10+ tickets for invited guests at my SOLE discretion.

-Floor seats at Rupp for a big game (UNC, UofL, et al.)

-Dinner with Cal and 2-3 of my Wildcat buddies in Louisville (Assuming he's drinking like a normal man. Not interested if he's going to drink iced tea.)

-Round of golf and dinner with Coach Brooks and my Wildcat buddies.

This is going to sound awful but sitting on the floor isn't the best. Hard to see anything. FIRE AWAY.

YES to the others.

UK fan: center court photo-op shot by Michael Huang with you by their side. A Tops In Lex exclusive.

Can you imagine UKOs bucket list?

-ball gagged and pegged by Roy.
-fellatio for watching @duke win at Harry's Hamburg.
-ZJ to caddy for Lee Westwood in the European Masters.
-button second button and leave the gold chain at home to gargle The Boss.

Joey, did you ever email any prospective hires to me? After discussing it further with my boss, it will be an entry level position that will turn in to a lifetime gig if they can handle it for the first 6 months.

That was one of the coolest things I've ever seen. Could you imagine having that opportunity when you were 10? Pure awesomeness.

It's funny because I remember his dad and I setting up a desk and using their video camera to do a Sportscenter show when we were his age.

PS- How cool is Monk? That dude will fit right in here in Kentucky.

I got to sit on the bench at a Barnstorming event in Lincoln County in 1998. Allen Edwards was super cool. Jeff Sheppard had the flu. I don't remember anything about Cameron Mills except I had a hunch he would expand to three times his playing size in the next 20 years. Funny how you're intuitive like that when you're a kid.

During the game I sat next to Kenny Walker and all I talked about to him was his time with the Knicks. Reggie Hanson was the nicest dude. Ed Davender threw his nasty sweaty towel on my head. It was fantastic.

So yeah, would have been pretty pumped to do that. There are worse ways to spend a school day, like being in school.

Keeneland was awesome again. Cashed in on horse named Bob in the 4th :fire:

Madness is fun, but best part will probably be Tony's afterward with the Beans.[banana]

Bourbon tastes good.
