It's the most extreme example to disprove a ludicrous premise. 73 does that kind of **** all the time when the premise is something that's reasonable and widely accepted by everyone. You do better.
"Water is a good drink."

"Hydrogen by itself can be toxic and oxygen is highly flammable. So yeah, people today think poisoning your burning self is great. In 1945, Ted Williams survived on the bloodmist of the Japanese fighter pilots he mowed down in combat, animal style. G.O.A.T."

-PDRE or Bristol, any way to remove smoke odor from a car 100%? Seems like google is all over the place which makes me think no. Figured you all would have experience with it. Pretty strong odor but only smoked in for 6 months. Just seems like that smell permeates everything and will always linger.

-GYERO college basketballs don't even want Bolden, who cares?

-Athenian Grill crushes. Supported that dude when he was a pop tent on the side of Richmond and now he has 2 locations, (i think) 2 more in Kroger mega stores, opening a bakery. Hopefully the quality stays the same. That buffalo hummus is legit.

-I love Gladiator. MCF and I would set up the obstacle course... meaning I would just throw tennis balls at him hiding behind the ottoman.

Eh, it's just the SEC filing a complaint. They only have civil authority. Save that GYERO call-back for when the headline is "US Attorney files complaint".

Some people just hate the NBA, I guess.

It's been getting **** for years for the ugly style of play, then a team comes along that plays like Pitino's Bombinos, with the most entertaining & improbable superstar in forever, and people still find a way to hate them.

But you're right. The NBA has needed an "entertaining" superstar for a long time. All-time greats like Lebron (Top 10 ever easily), Kobe (Top 15 ever easily), Duncan (Top 10 ever easily), etc., were pretty much sucking the life out of the league.

Duncan was a poor example. He sucks the life out of everything.

Curry is entertaining to me, the rest I want to kick in the balls. Except Thompson, indifferent on him. Barnes, Bogut and Green[poop]

They're the most universally loved team I can remember. Any backlash has been slight.

Oh, yeah, I highly doubt he goes to jail. Basically did the same thing as Martha Stewart, except she lied to the Feds about it. That's what sent her to jail.

But thinking of ole Phil in prison is too funny.

(Oh god I can't believe I'm asking this and you can mock it relentlessly because it deserves it but hey #thatswhywedidthis)
Boat, the new house we are buying currently has a hot tub out back. They're offering to leave it with the house for $2800. Hotsprings sovereign 355 gallon 6 person, with cover and lifting mechanism and supposedly has been maintained monthly since bought new in 2007 for 10k. Is that a good deal? We aren't exactly the hot tub type so I could take it or leave it but if it's some crazy good deal might as well.

Hot Springs is one of the best brands (what I have), so it is realistic to expect it to last 15-20 years.
Unless he can produce a receipt, I think him paying 10k for that one in 2007 is total BS. I'd say the spa if it is in good working order is worth more than $2800 to you, however for him to take it with him will cost him quite a bit.

A-He'll have to hire and electrician to disconnect and then reconnect the wires. Which is not cheap. Can range from $500-1000 to do this.
B-He'll have to hire someone to move it. Also, not cheap.

I'd suggest negotiating the price with him. When buying a home, there is significant wiggle room and I'm sure stuff will pop up on your inspection. It's gonna cost him alot more to take that thing with him. A quick google search showed similiar spas listing for over 4k.

Might consider calling the local hotspings dealer and see about getting it inspected. Probably wouldnt cost much but could give you a better idea on the condition. Parts can be expensive.

Having a tub set up in the yard is a blessing, especially in the fall/winter. It's really no more maintence than having goldfish, just feed it a few times a week and change the water couple times a year.

I speak from a position of knowledge here.
