Tonight gonna be a war. Probably moments both where we think we roll and are sure we'll lose. Fortunately, Crean is a choker and those bitches can't beat anyone outside Bloomington.

Torn on the KU/UConn game. I hate UConn with the power of a thousand suns, and want the fans I know to die a slow painful death. And I hear CoolCat on them being our kryptonite. That said, it would be nice if they could FINALLY do some actual heavy lifting in the tourney. In 2011, they beat a #2 seed SDSU :rolleyes:, while UK, Arizona and VCU did all the real work.

In 2014, they got to play every team after the first round with a key player out or hobbled, and again, UK did the hard work, then handed them the title.

So, carry the load finally, touchsticks.

My father in law is getting married in May, and his fiancee's family picked tonight to have a "meet the families" get-together. Because nothing is going on because this is Alabama and it's not football season. Stupid. Already announced that while I will be there, I will be late and possibly not altogether sober.

Still sucks, though. Feel like I'm driving with my foot on the brake.

The Indiana game is one of the few in Cal/UK tourney history where Cal never did anyone of that stallball ****. Just let the guys go bals to the walls for 40 minutes. We looked just as good offensively early against UL and KU that year, but he reigned the guys in, making it much closer than it should have been.

Not sure if its something about Crean, but hope Cal employs the same strategy here, just let our guys run and outscore them.

Nerves on fleek for this game.

Not with my regular crew in our designated watch area, did opening weekend in Vegas for the first time. Worth it but, going against normal game viewing protocol has me extry nervous.

Book went insane last night on the UNI game winner, grown men hugging and jumping on tables etc. Madness

Table full of iu fans behind me at Caesars, not ideal. Hoping to tell them to keep the za with the heat of 1000 suns you guys. Whew.

Needed a secure environment to watch this game. Decided to invite some people over. Which then turned into more than I had anticipated. So no big deal, I load up on booze, snacks, donatos ordered. I'm game ready.

The lass looks at me sideways. Huffs off to the store. Comes back with fresh cut flowers.

Fresh cut flowers, now it's a party.
