Boys (and what few females are here), these next couple of weeks are going to be ok. May not win it all, but at least we aren't worried about a ***** scandal. Kentucky double today. Kentucky doubles for the next couple weeks. That works for me.

If that's true and they can prove it, that's full-on lack of institutional control due to negligence and lack of oversight. That's gotta be the banner, likely another year ban, and it's gotta be Pitino's job, likely a show cause, and certainly that's a wrap for Ramsey if he knew. We've covered the fact that it doesn't matter if Pitino knew, but I certainly think it's worse for him if he knew about a slush fund, even if he can claim ignorance on where the money was going. You don't give a glorified graduate assistant thousands of dollars to blow on recruits, not check up on it, or keep records of the spending, and then get off because he failed to tell you it was for whores.

That information would burn the program down.

ESPN unmercifully rolling "Louisville ineligible for the tournament" on the bottom line all damn day & night long

Also as part of their self-punishment their team+Pitino should be made to watch tomorrow's drawing all gathered in Minardi hall. Just like the bubble teams with cameras in their grills and everything.

The best part is that if Tomma provided the account, then you know basketball probably isn't the only program that has one. This could bring down the entire athletic department. Before this is all done, Ramsey, Jurich, and Pitino could all be done, plus all the things that BC named and a loss of scholarships.

**Mark Fox deserves a lot of credit for that performance today. Pretty damn ballsy to throw platoons at us, likely (I don't even know) using several guys who haven't played most of the year, and just telling them to go balls out and let's see what happens. Pretty inevitable that they'd run out of gas, but he was able to take a team that got run out of Rupp a month ago and give them a chance against us. Hell of a coaching job.

**I want Texas A&M's blood. That loss was a joke, those cocky m'fers think they're better than us, and they need to find out what's up. I want to run them out the way we ran Arkansas out in last year's title game. Let's make a statement they'll hear in Lawrence, Chapel Hill, East Lansing, and anywhere else they're breaking down brackets, and lets do it by putting A&M's heads on spikes. To hell with 'em.

You know what would be hilarious; if Kansas were the one in the south and we were the three in the south and we stomped a mudhole in their *** in front of 20,000 Kentucky fans in Louisville.

Lunardi is calling Mich St as the #1 seed in the South.

Lunardi is a dumbass. I haven't looked at any of that bracket **** at all. Just thought it would be poetic justice for them to have to play us in a hostile environment.

Tip of the cap to UGA.

99% of previous Georgia teams would've made that game an unwatchable rock fight. Props for getting out, playing ball and letting the chips fall where they may. With a bid on the line they played to win... can't ask for much more.

We've been historically screwed by the committee so I have no reason to think that they will toss us a bone and place us in the Louisville region. Hatred of Cal or something like that.

Compare how that team fought versus LSU. Such a trainwreck that people are starting to doubt Ben Simmons. Pretty incredible, really.

Simmons hit a floater in the first half, and it was his first FG from outside the paint in 5 games.

The guy is obviously talented, but there are definitely some question marks there.

Chicago - Kansas
Louisville - Michigan St
Philadelphia - ACC Champ
Anaheim - ACC Runner up or Oregon if they win

If UK gets in the Louisville region, the #1 and #2 seeds will scream bloody murder. And rightfully so. It will be amazing.

It would be awesome but that is exactly why it will never happen, because Murphy's Law & We Are UK Law. You seem to be forgetting we are no Duke or UNC.

We're not getting into the South Region because the Selection Committee will not seed us higher than Xavier. We have a better chance of playing in Louisville as a 4 seed...

You know UNC fan hates that they don't have the ACC Tournament in the state of North Carolina like they did for about forty-five of the fifty or so years before expansion.

There is no reason Michigan State should slide into the 1-line over Oregon:

Sparty

Record: 28-5 (13-5)
SOS: 85
vs RPI Top 50: 6-4
vs. RPI Top 100: 11-4

vs.

Ducks

Record: 27-6 (14-4)
SOS: 15
vs RPI Top 50: 11-3
vs. RPI Top 100: 21-4

My God, watching a Tony Bennett team is like getting a touching root canal...o_O
I'm fully aware that he has a concept of making teams guard for the full length of the shot clock and Bennett is obviously pretty damn good at recruiting decent talent and getting them to buy in...

But, watching a team dick around for 20 seconds in order to get a shot you could have had 15 seconds ago is painful.

^ Yes, if the committee is consistent in placing teams in regions based on geography, not a S-curve.

Bilas going on about UNC's defense and toughness. STFU, UVA just straight missed 10 straight wide open shots and bunnies. I'd much rather UK play UNC than UVA. UVA might outrebound us by 40.
