-The fact that ESPN charges for Goodman's blogs is hilarious. Why on earth are they still doing that insider ********? Anything they have is on the web before they even protect it. They certainly don't have the best talent. Lol.

-Been looking at Atlantis and Vegas for the 16-17 Cats. EEK.

-Even on the Iona-Mon game last night Bilas was just whining about officials and rules the whole time. Come on, man. I agree with you but at least attempt to make the game enjoyable.

-SECT weather looks pretty wet. Warm but wet. Thursday/Saturday is our best chance for a little sunshine.

*I believe my early prediction was that the jury would show leniency on the hotel bc they did in fact upgrade Ms. Andrews to a king size bed, comped her mini-bar and credited her rewards account with 5,000 bonus points that she could use at any Marriot location.

*Surprised there hasnt been more discussion on the darkhorse GYERO: OTHER basketball franchise:
Clark
Woodford
Tommy
BKH
NW50

Realize that leaves us without any depth but maybe Geese has some other out of town buddies we can sub in as necessary.

*My pup, who just turned 9 years old, recently decided he didnt want to eat anything for a few days. He also had some noticeable lumps in a few spots. Vet visit and a few checks later he's on a new diet with a hybrid mix of wet/dry food that is more expensive than anything I eat, and he's been given some treatment for the fatty tumors which are apparently not severe by any means, just uncomfortable. Thankful it wasnt anything more serious but tough to watch him get old.

*[laughing] at SAE's "Bigger. faster, stronger" rant RE: UK football players. Which is spot on. Rarely has any of this off season work resulted in "He's a better player on the field"

*Someone may have a tough out with Chattanooga's basketball team.

Would it not be a smart business move for Patel to file BK, then put the Marriott in his momma name ?

Thinking about taking G over to Spring Game if it's nice but other than that I'm not wasting a minute on the gridiron Cats until Fall.

Old, awkward white guy dancing vids will never get old.

Strokin- I tried to pick the most misfit group possible for the GYERO:OTHER Death Squad. Tommy burning heaters during breaks in play, W&W responding to hate tweets throughout, BKH setting wheelchair screens while gog taunts him from the stands...

Tuesday Shorts:

- Just happy to be running outside again. Sometime in the last 3-4 years I went from a guy who'd run outside in 10 degree weather no problem to someone who was a wheezing, miserable mess in anything under 40 degrees.

- For us :basketball:s, it just doesn't get any better than the next few weeks.

- Lass and I weren't super-serious last year around this time, so will be interesting to see how her needyass deals with me watching basketball all/air Thurs-Sun for the next 3 weekends.

- Headed out dad's Friday night. Saturday, getting the crew back together for an all-dayer.

- Arizona adding Alkins for an interesting Kobi Simmons combo in the backcourt with the big prize Josh Jackson still out there. Next year will be 2015 all over again by March. Lots of good, young stacked rosters. Of course, everyone will be chasing Louisville.

- Wes Washpun should be a Delt, not a black assassin.

- Funny thing's happened with today's media smorgasbord...there are no sleepers anymore. Every non-16 seed gets mentioned by somebody as a team to watch in March.

- I like "Vinyl" more for feel and music than plot. In fact, I wish they would just ignore the murder storyline.

- I guess what's good for the goose is good for the gander in Hollywood considering stuff like "Seth Rogen landing Katherine Heigl and Rose Byrne" routinely happens in movies, but how am I supposed to take "Girls" seriously when Lena Dunham constantly pulls?

- New books ordered for post-CBB season reading:

* I don't have a lot of lateral quickness anymore, but if you need somebody to set a hard screen, I'm your guy. And it's never a moving screen either. Feet firmly planted every time. I'll guard the slow one.

* Props to Pat Adams for ejecting the Green Bay radio announcer. What a charming fella. Doug Sirmons was on that crew too. I get that officiating is perpetually bad and deal with it and what not, but a couple of those fellas have gone totally off their rocker and should be asked to provide for their families via other means. You know that short guy who hates everybody because they're all taller than him? I'm that guy, and I tower over 5'3 Pat Adams. He just hates basketball players.

* Props to Geese for being way out in front on the "Jay Bilas is actually a terrible in-game analyst without Bill Raftery to reel him back into the game" bandwagon. Shew. Iona vs. Monmouth should have been a good game. And it was if you muted the TV.

* I'm running out of mid-major boys. Valpo and Oakland gone in one night, Monmouth gone (but still in, I guess?). Pretty sure Stone Cold Stephen F. Austin is my last one left. Fun night if you like chaos on the bubble, crappy night if you like chaos in the tournament. Although I guess Iona with their style of play could knock somebody off if they get a good draw.

* Hey we did play Wright State back in November, so I guess go those guys.

* Jay Bilas and Seth Greenberg's "Go to Kentucky" commentaries on elite players not going to Kentucky were about a year too late. Man, the class of 2015 was just filled to the brim with complete goofs and weirdos.

* How about we get rid of the hanging on the rim technical? Let dudes hang and not get back on defense. They don't make breakaway rims anymore, so just get rid of the rule? It isn't the worst foul call in the world (block/charge), but it is the dumbest rule left in the game.

Scheduled next Thursday and Friday off as soon as I was able to schedule vacation days with my job. Last year at this time I was working a job I was miserable at and about to be let go, so hopefully I can enjoy this tourney run a little more.

- Yeah, you still have your Lumberjacks and also Little Rock.

- Well, it worked out so well for those goofs...actually no, it didn't. What a stupid class.

- I want them to get rid of the charge completely. Refs screwing it up at a 75% clip.

I think you should be able to hang on the rim and grab your dick, hang upside down like Spider-Man, run along the backboard like Bo Jackson on an outfield wall, do chin-ups, hump the net, etc. All of it should be fair game.

-Don't look now, SAE, but Westry can make giant strides this year.

-Broke foot still on the mend (+/- three weeks) but for the betterment of both League and City, have considered coming out of retirement.

<--6'5" and no jive, skillet.

-I've been known to Laimbeer my own teammates, but that's only if you suck...or I hate you.

-Adidas still make their Centennial high-tops?

This bothers this **** out of me as well. She's incredibly self-righteous about her own repulsive fat-body, yet she only bangs guys that in reality are out of her league.

She revels in being a disgusting slob but holds others to a much higher standard.

Of course, I guess that's part of the point of her incredibly hateable character. Although I get the feeling the "Girls" Lena Dunham is the real Lena Dunham.

It's incredible. UK does this **** every damn year, and the media folks put it out there like some corner has been turned with player development.

Drives me nuts.

The next October/November story about "the _____'s surprise ascension to the top of the league's standings can be attributed to this one particularly good offseason" will be the first.

Girl from "Girls" banged Kylo Ren, didn't she?

This was after he murdered his entire Jedi class, and was going through a rough time. Random, desperate hookups just for the sake of sex. Anakin would've done the same thing, but Obi Wan chopped off his arms and legs.

Then he turned all bad Kylo Ren, and is setting his sets higher...see Rey. Unless that's his sister/cousin, b/c that's gross.

I rarely defend the sports media but what the hell are you supposed to do if you cover a program like UK football?
