Love the self-righteousness about a couple guys smoking marijuana before hooping. THESE ARE GOOD GUYS. Besides, like none of you smoked some weed in your 30's.

Looks like you'll need to find someone else to eat the paint and push Vern around ::rolleyes:: since brax can't get that afternoon hall pass, Geese.

Was impressed with Fields. Thought he would be some frou frou golfer stiff but he got in there and was active. Moved well and could tell there was some remnants of game. I'll run with him any day.

Harris is Louisville right? I mean you can take the boy out of Louisville but you can't take the Louisville out of the boy.

Same goes for the Jaimanthonys. We know who you really are. George is the only one who is truly Lexington.

-Would pay in the $5-$8 range to see that Louisville/Lexington matchup actually happen, just so I can see Wodie and Rax square off against each other. Goodness.

-Made the finals with the team I'm coaching. This bunch of knuckleheads finished last in the league in the regular season but knocked off the top seed yesterday. I get as nervous as the kids do. Can't imagine how you guys who are ACTUAL coaches must feel. Stomach must be in knots the whole time, basically. Championship game is during UK's SEC Tournament game, so that sucks, but will be a cool experience.

-Taking a day off with the Mrs. tomorrow just to get out and enjoy the weather. With three spring sports schedules about to kick into high gear, won't have many opportunities to just hang until around mid-June. Plus, will bank me tons of points I'll be sure to use during the tournament when I'm basically ignoring the rest of the family. Thinking of hitting up Lexington Diner tomorrow. Have only heard good things.

-Hated how Evansville lost yesterday. The town is meh, but they love hoops and have a pretty rich history. A tournament bid would've been huge for that city. A document was recently filmed that tells the story of their 1977 basketball team, which was killed in a plane crash during the season. That town is still scarred from it in a major way. Would be a fascinating watch.

Look, Anth is one of my besties, but he is not playing. He has a standing Sunday night commitment now, which conveniently just started back up the same time as basketball. I'm not saying he's being a *****, but he does have a rather well documented history...I speak from a position of knowledge.

Especially considering how they battled all the way back.

Just 3 more weeks to walk again, but in a boot, and then 2 weeks after that hopefully like normal. I coach my kids soccer and soon to be basketball so I asked how long for that kind of activity and hopefully 6-8 months. Can't wait!

Could IU possibly turn into a 2 seed in our region? That is the only real thing I'm cheering against in the conference tourney besides injuries of course.

Very proud of Tyler Ulis! Dude is tough as nails, and I feel like somewhere Bill Rafferty is screaming "Onions" the whole time watching the kid play. Oddly, Rafferty has trademarked that statement!

Would be very fitting for Ulis to somehow end up in San Antonio.

<=== Thinking about the reaction from the wife when I leave her at home for the day/night with 3 kids and drive 3 hours to go play a pickup basketball game with my internet friends and Adrian. I would fall in with the Lexington squad, Geese and I would be a Ulis/Murrayesque paring.

Won't happen but a guy can dream.

Geese lol. Imagine he did stand out amongst that bunch. You guard me, AllStar. Enjoy.

Did cricket get fat and tall or am I just severely misremembering?

-Miserable down here.

I'm fine if Killa and wcc play for the Lex squad. Both belong in the game in some capacity.

I think our roster is set:
Myself
SAE
BBdk
Buckethead
Rampage
Richie
73
Bonzo
Bellydancer
Maybe Bristol

That's a solid 10 for us.

I'm pretty fat, yes, but I'm working on that doing 2 a days at the gym. And I'm ~6'0 - 6'1.

Speaking of Verne, poor old dude needs to be taken out back and put down. Bless his heart.

I love Vern, but I'd be happy if he just switched to golf full-time. I think there's a bit too much going on in basketball and football for him to really keep up anymore.

With that said, I wouldn't push him out the door even with as many mistakes as he makes.

If nothing else happens to UL (impossible) but if that were the case, this scandal would be worth it just to hear Bryant Gumbel say "squirt to the ceiling" on his show.

Today we are discussing racism in soccer, a special story of a lady pregnant with potential overcoming insurmountable odds, concussions in Pee Wee football and a basketball coach risking it all by looking for whores that squirt all the way to the ceiling. Next on Real Sports.

-Sorry guys, I'll make a couple along the way but going to be hard for me to commit to Sunday at 7p. #1 G goes down at 7:30-8p so unless you all want a pissed off Sloot ending every week I'm not cutting out of the house from 6:30-9. #2 We started Sunday dinners back 2 weeks ago and we've done that for 5+ years. I want to be out there but I'm not going to be the guy that you're waiting on an answer from every week until 10 minutes before. I'll check in when I can make and hopefully have a spot. I'm terrible anyway. You're not missing much unless you need a board or a hard foul.

-I absolutely intended on getting some ringers for the showdown. I don't remember any rules. I'm pretty sure Randy is close enough to GYERO to shut down Vern's white trash Portland ***. Randy, Fat Cam and Strung out Chris Harrison. #Leggo

Yep, my BIL is head coach and nephew starts for them. Sure looked like the aces were destined with Wichita State getting bounced and them coming all the way back. Their best shot to make the dance in decades and then lose from that ******** doink shot.

Remember when it was just a dream that Krazykats could play? Remember when he couldn't walk?

Not sure what your first comment means.......you dream about me playing basketball? That's UKrob creepy, IMO.

Couldn't walk? I still can't, and what's worse is it actually is just now getting the best of me. Reading you guys talk about playing knowing I'm at least middle of the pack good and it being March is a bit frustrating.

Of course next Thursday and Friday I will be taking advantage of my crippled status!

We don't care if Sloot is pissed......

But just come at 8 when you can. Once we get about 15 people we'll be able to run games longer, we only had 10 last night and almost made it 2 hours.
