I know, but inane city arguments are "my lane," and I have to keep up my rep.
Seems like a pretty clear violation. Just giving players four figure jewelry for no reason.
-ABH may or may be right about the officiating, but you gotta remember his motivation. Placing any blame at all on the refs would take away from him constantly hating on the players. That's what this is really about. With Skal looking respectable last night, I don't think he could handle it.

I told this to SAE as we waited to get in while they were running 4 on 4.
When you are playing, you feel like you and everyone else are being fairly athletic, moving and cutting effortlessly, gliding around the court. When you watch it from the sidelines, it looks a whole lot worse. Pretty much Stanley from the office dribbling a basketball, only we are white.

Wait so you agree the refs have been ****? WTF have we been arguing about? Everybody has agreed that the bigs suck and they foul too much on their own and it's not ultimately the refs fault. WTF has this entire argument been about?
I think what ABH is saying is that there are certainly times throughout the season that officiating has been suspect. In fact, that is not a new trend in college sports. But at the same time, a lot of the fouls we are called for are legitimate fouls, and we dont attack the rim as much offensively to draw as many fouls as we have in recent years.

My play has gotten worse week by week, but pretty sure that if you look at the wins & losses of each week's games you'll find the common thread is poor officiating.
Its always been ****, this is normal, not out of the ordinary. I refuse to blame refs for games and you all whine about it like UL fans or 95% of rafters and its annoying. There is not conspiracy like you believe, the refs arent out to get UK and Cal and they suck in every game. But Im glad the bottom 3 teams in SEC have a better record than the bottom 3 teams in the Big 12. Good stuff. Thanks for that.
I've been the nice guy so far. Making teams even, supplying my own defender, distributing the ball to all teammates, calling offensive fouls on myself, etc. Well, no more Mr. Nice Guy.
None taken. I thought he was an idiot for picking me first when Richie (and everyone else) was still on the board. Told him as much when he made the selection.

Bonus points for interspersing clips of the tainted 2013 "champs" and getting "squirt to the ceiling" in there. Would've liked to have seen more making the clips match the lyrics like the tournament video does. Surely they could've gotten Jazzy in on the line about "no one knowing just how hard you worked."
