Have never gotten to hit a golf ball with a medicus club because I'm a lefty. Do those things really help? Always seemed like a gimmick to me.

Choke slam in that above situation seems a bit excessive. Actually- choke slam for any situation less than defending your Intercontinental Title is probably excessive.

C'mon, it's not like he followed it up with a tombstone piledriver.

They help with tempo and keeping your swing on plane. I thought they made a left handed Medicus, but maybe not.

If you were under the age of 13 you weren't really friends with them if you hadn't run through Contra together. And nothing was more alpha than insisting on being the one to put in the code.

I probably watch people play games more than anything else these days. Finishing up my MLO certification, Series 65 and AFCPE has made a need for a lot of background noise. This past weekend was mostly Street Fighter 5 tournaments. I'm awestruck at how complex a game like that is (plus/minus on frames, frame traps, etc.) My other favorite streamer is a dude who is trying to beat every boss in Dark Souls without taking a single hit. That ***** insane.

Wish I could be more involved in this season but work is swamping me. This team has a 2011 vibe to it all the way but we need the Aussie to pull his best Harrelson with the swiftness. We will probably even get the same seeding / horrible draw to go along with it /notrecreatingthewheel.

I love you all, even the scrubs. You entertain me. Stay you, GYERO.

In a resignation letter attached to the suit, Wilcox, a CPA and certified compliance and ethics professional, said he experienced "great satisfaction and pride" until 2012, when he began to witness "a demeanor of unethical behavior becoming the operating norm."

UNC headed for 1996 Purdue territory if they get a #1 seed.

****** timing put last year's roster in a field full of damn good teams.

I mean this is damning stuff. Basically years of telling their own compliance officer to go get pumped while he repeatedly begged them to color within the lines. Now he's torching everything and everybody.

Pretty amazing. And what's more, the Louisville media and the Louisville community need to forget about red birds and blue cats and bouncing balls and put our big boy pants on for once. This isn't about GD sports.

Have talked to a few people around the city that fully expect the outcome of all this BS to lead to them losing a ton of power at the YUM allowing for Louisville to finally aggressively go after a NBA team.

Might not be worthy of mention but "some" people think it's coming none the less.

The media has been turning a blind eye on Floyd Street for years. When they got away with that arena deal they became empowered.
I think you're absolutely right. Although my suspicion is palms got greased during the build and the greed was on at that point. Wonder if any of them make it out unscathed?

Watching a little bit of this Kansas Texas game. People obviously point to Perry Ellis about being at Kansas forever, but Javan Felix is one of those guys too. Seems like he's been at Texas for about 6 years.

HaHa I'll stick to my strategy. Still up 1500 after this pretty big loss.

The trend is just like this game KU -1.5 and I'll take the small home dog on the regular knowing it hits more often than not. Hell sometimes Vegas even makes the lower ranked team a favorite too which I will also continue to bet and win at about 85% clip.

Already got UF tomorrow to.

To what?

Cover idiot!

The trend was never about KU even though they did not cover vs T Tech, but I didn't bet against them forever.

#1 KU 1-.5 @ #20 Texas so I take the contrarian bet. Tomorrow #20UK -3 @UF
And I take the small home dog. Also got Iowa and Nebraska.

A few weekends ago Vegas got on a roll where it backfired 3-4 times but A&M covered and was the only one of the trend that day. But for the most part it is a safe bet.

Like you said nothing is certain in Gambol.

I bet ol' Wodie went home and stroked in the shower after his performance tonight. He had it going, 2 game winning 3s, I think. He also had some 50 year old guarding him most occasions. Solid outing nonetheless. Don't worry though. I'll have someone to guard you once you return. Figured I'm bringing someone to guard me, mine as well do the same for you buddy.

Kentucky opened at -2, and is now at -3.5.

So not surprisingly, everybody disagrees with krazykats.

Good, I had Texas Saturday as a pick at home vs OU, and that line got to OU -2.5 too. But bettors got taken this weekend pretty bad so maybe things can swing their way, I'm ok with that.

I may miss some, but over the course of the year I have won.

Rick Pitino said tonight that he's likely returning. Reports to the contrary are outdated and/or false.

That's the most definitive answer we can expect prior to his annual postseason trip to Miami in which he rests, reflects, and decides for sure that he has the energy and desire to coach another season. The important thing for now is that rumors of him having already made a decision to retire on Tuesday or Saturday are false. I take it as very good news that he's willing to say now before even going to Miami to think it over that his decision is likely to be that he'll return.

- And now, here's Chevy Chase illustrating Bonzo's dynamic floor game last night!

- Spotted Jew & Fat on the tv wall at the gym opening up their show with 10 minutes on 'The Bachelor' [pfftt]

With all the options out there, what self respecting sports fan would listen to a minute of that crap? And way to know you're audience, 4 letter.

- So my Redskins are going to take the first decent quarterback they've had since '91 and franchise tag him? What a backwards *** organization. The Bengals of the Beltway, if you will.

- Looking at Bracketology, there's really no difference from the 3 seed through the 6. Us a 3, Duke a 4, Longhorns a 5, Cal a 6. Yeah, get back to full strength and it's a coin flip.

- Whenever I hear @Booker Noe start talking about his sons baseball team, I envision a young Coach Buttermaker strolling the Versailles yards, cussing out a bunch of 10 year olds for not breaking up a double play while taking pulls out of a Beam flask.

- I know he's getting treatment 24/7 but I'd feel better if they kept Willis sidelined until Nashville at the earliest. Don't care if he thinks he can go...just coming down on a rebound awkwardly can cause a relapse.

- Sweet potatoes are a breakfast regular these days. :eek:kay:

- Not that I want to read his ******** on running and such, but interested in pti's take on the Yankees gearing up to pay Harper 3-500 million in two years. I mean I know they print money with the YES Network and the guy is turbo young, but still, I can't fathom that much coin being justified by one players production.

- Not to go all political, but Trump is a fuking lunatic.

- Wodie dropped one of those game winners in my eye, knew he was launching the whole time and contested it. Didn't matter. Also somehow slipped a step stool on the court to block me down low. Was definitely his night. [sick]

touch me with a touching stick

so not only do us River City downtown working stiffs have to deal with UL's last homegame tonight interfeering with our exit after 5, Donald Touching Trump is doing a rally at the int'l convention ctr at 4 pm. what a touching freakshow downtown will be, Trump supporters milling about while L Yeah fan comes meandering in. no doubt in a GREAT mood that their season ends with a team that has just as much of a puncher's chance at a title as anyone in this mediocre year.

touuuuuch me

Drew Franklin's Bourbon Classic weekend recap sounds like about as good as you could possibly ever do it...

Pope needs to latch on to that event/tour next time, why didn't you?

Why is a Tennessee rich kid running for Congress in Southern Indiana? Makes sense.

In a perfect world, Trump and Hilary would nuclear assault each other (though this would be very entertaining), and then a Superhero 3rd Party candidate would swoop in and save the day.

Missed another week of GEL. Sucks. Been demoted to the bench I guess. Running a baseball league took a bit more time than I thought when I signed up in the fall. Oh well. It's good for the kids. Enrollment is up. Sponsorships are way up. Everyone is happy.

Kentucky's KenPom AdjD has fallen off the map. Sucks. Kansas, Villanova, Michigan St., and Virginia looking strong. Could this be Jay Wright's year?

Who is the hot mid major like Butler or Wichita to make the Final Four this season? Don't give me Xavier. St. Mary's?

False, he guarded me 1 game, the last...when I happened to make 5 3s. Belly Dancer for 3, Bonzo for 1. BellyDancer is the toughest for me, all he cares about is picking me up at 30 feet and face guarding me all over -- pretty annoying. Works for the most part, but won't as my handles continue (slowly) returning.

But yeah, slowly improving. Battled through despite my funky finger and had my best night by far...legs last a little longer each time, which definitely helps

I'm more sore today than I was even after week one. Not sure what happened other than the spectacular Charlie horse UKO delivered near the end...as I stepped back with another arrow.

Still can't believe that guy drove from Lexington to Cane Run to play hoops for 1:30. [laughing] Welcome anytime, though.

Almost verbatim from the Today Show. We'll have to take some points away here.

Was told my golf coach when I was at Eastern's son passed away over the weekend. Was torn up inside for him and called him yesterday to reach out.

Turns out someone had seen an obituary for another guy whose dad had the same name as Coach. Never been more embarrassed/relieved in my life. Was also furious at the person who decided to start spreading that kind of news around without having their facts straight.

Oh, and special [eyeroll] to '73, the most ******** communicator on the thread. Like pulling teeth to ever get that guy to respond to anything. Tells me he'll let me know if he's in by afternoon, then doesn't respond to any of my emails/texts thereafter. Don't give me busy ******** either, that's just plain rude.

Larry Bird agrees.
