Pretty much. Like just about everything in this city it's done in the most dumbass manner possible.
Maybe if they sell 500 membership to the Pit for $100/ea like Rupp planned we can get something built on the site.

Sometimes I wonder how many banks a city the size of Lexington can support. As it stands, I think the people/bank ratio here is currently 4:1.

The Webb brothers had grandiose plans, everyone knew they would turn into ****, and they did ... but not before a giant GD hole was dug.
It's been interesting to watch the 21C project develop in comparison to the pit across the street.
A few more ****** "Irish" bourbon bars would be a huge hit in Lexington.
The night polo matches were dope. Really unique. Paddock surrounded by high rises and a lively boozed up crowd.

I really don't know many people with girls. Seems like everyone has 2-4 boys. If there is a girl, she's outnumbered by her brothers.

To Lexington's credit, I'm pretty sure 98% of the population almost immediately knew this would end poorly. The problem is that the other 2% were making the decisions regarding the project.
