-Doing a co-op this semester is great. I get to work full-time while still technically being a full time student. And the job is in Lexington, so I still get to have the perks of college without having any homework, classes, tests, etc.

-Since I'm technically a full time student, I still get to play in intramurals. I'm on my fraternity's B team. We wanted to play Wednesdays at 9, but there weren't any more slots available at that time in the B league. So our genius intramural chair signed us up for Wednesday at 9 in the Men's A league. So tonight, we get to play J.D. Harmon, Nick Haynes (offensive guard) and their crew of blacks. Pretty excited for the inevitable beatdown.

Where are the $25 tickets? I've promised by girls a game this year, and am running out of chances. Marcus sit in the nosebleeds.

I know my kid wouldn't get antsy or annoying, but I also know he wouldn't remember anything or "get" what's happening beyond a lot of light and sound and excitement. I think that part of it alone would be enough for him to have fun though. He loves watching the games on tv with me even though he has no idea what's happening. Still, if next year's squad is as-advertised I'll probably take him to a few games at age 3 just so he can experience the Cal era in its prime.
Then one day he can brag on the GYERO of the future how he saw a game in the Cal Era before his internet buddies did. Good play, Bristol.

Money is pouring in on UL and I thought the original spread was too much. Could really be the peak of their meltdown tonight!

I got St Joe's and Villanova tonight and I think UNC rolls Duke. Duke is just too reliant on 3's and on the road I think they struggle bad.

That Texas team is a solid team and set up exactly how all of Shaka's teams that surprised were. Great ball handling scoring guards and one big that can hold his own. They have upset some of the best teams at home this year and still have Baylor, OU and KU on their home court.

I hate every single line tonight for some reason.

Villanova is ripe for a letdown imo...and I never bet against Fran at home, so definitely not going to give 9-10 points.

- It's really not that difficult to make a good-looking jersey. Not sure why Nike doesn't get that.

- I'm rooting for Duke tonight. Not even a question.

- Any good book recs? Not that I'll have any non-CBB time this next month and a half but I have a gift card burning a hole in my pocket.

I still have no clue what Louisville First or L1C4 really means. What a bunch of nonsense.

Reading The Martian right now, pretty good. Haven't seen the movie either. Cutting edge stuff, I know.

I enjoy the @CentrePit Twitter if one of you is behind that.

Without looking is our winning margin in the SEC higher than it was last year?

With the exception of the Miss State game in Rupp it seems as if we've blown the doors off of everyone in all of our W's.

The little things that are major to me are starting to jump out... Sideline reactions, role understandings, sense of time/possession/awareness, positive body language and just an overall vibe that these dudes are clicking & really having fun playing with one another.

Deadpool...basically if you like Ryan Reynolds wisecracking characters, imagine that as an X-man type superhero.

Movie was freaking hilarious and awesome.

YOU DON'T KNOW ME.

I appreciate Mulder's attitude...dude was a JUCO AA, and basically hasn't even been given a real shot -- and surely knows next year will be even worse for him.

He has more fun than anyone over there.

-Also feel like Murray's emergence has a lot to do with him being a full part of the team, getting comfortable, etc. It may seem silly, but he seemed really disconnected early on from a group standpoint. It was more like Ulis/Briscoe....and Murray. Now it seems like those 3 have all been Wildcat Friends forever.

Of course, I guess it's natural that it would take awhile for a group like that to fully come together -- but they definitely have.

No way in hell that Adrian will ever watch Deadpool. And if he did, he'd hate it. Not his type of humor at all.
I'm dumbfounded that it's as popular as it is. That thing had "cult classic" written all over it ... until everyone and their mom decided to go see it (and apparently continue to - it made over $11 million on a Tuesday).

It certainly helped that the other movies it came out against were hot garbage. But it's really pretty good. Can see why Reynolds wanted this one so bad, perfect for him.

1 Deadpool Fox $132,434,639
2 Kung Fu Panda 3 Fox $19,755,738 -
3 How to Be Single WB $17,878,911
4 Zoolander 2 Par. $13,841,146

Just saw the movie on my flight last week. Shoulda been called "The Martian: Brought to you by Duct Tape". Pretty much a super-long duct tape infomercial. He solves 95% of his problems with it.

Worst feeling in the world is an itch inside a cast on any body part. Christ I'd saw this thing open just to scratch my ankle right now!

Which reminds me I just added IU to my bets tonight.
