So this Pastor/Wife murder is a shoe-in for Dateline, right?

Btw, nothing pisses me off more than the 48Hrs/Dateline double. A month ago, 48 hours had the story about the Vegas Cocktail waitress who was murdered....then Dateline ran the same damn story last week.

Happens a few times per year, both shows being guilty.

If I'm ever interviewed for Dateline, I'm wearing a white tie. #GYEROinreallife

- Cal has had success developing so many different types of bigs in a short span here that it's hard for me to get concerned. Skal will be a stud by February.

- No offense to Llama but when I find out its some preacher or youth minister, I trust him even less in those situations. Wouldn't shock me at all if he ordered a hit.

<--- going to watch a little Nascar this weekend at 3pm Sunday. Jeff Gordon, who i bandwagoned onto during golf commercials though the years, is going for his 5th championship in Miami and is of course retiring after this year. There are 4 guys left who are eligible to win the championship and this is the last race of the year. Of those 4 guys, whoever finishes ahead of the other guys is this years champion. So if Gordon finishes 4th and the rest are behind him, he is the champion, pretty simple. Gordon has been a class act and champion through his racing years and i'd love nothing more than to see him get that 5th championship Sunday. #driveforfive:fire::fire::fire:

I'm right there with you. Before learning anything else about it, I immediately assumed he did it.

Towns is 37-41 (90%) from the FT line.

What a luxury for a big man. Kid is going to be so good it's silly...he already is.

6th in Rebounds
6th in Blocks
3rd in Double Doubles (averaging one)

Good lord.

the entire balance of power in the west supposedly shifted when lamarcus aldridge signed with the spurs, and nba honks were salivating at the prospect of an extended/continued san antonio dynasty.

i mean....isn't towns even better than him? or projects to be??

awesome defensively
great rebounder
extremely skilled offensively
true back to basket post player

shew. he could end up being the best player in the league.

Sounds corny, but Towns' intangibles are what truly make his ceiling so high. He cares. He wants to be the best player, teammate, etc. He wants to be the face of a franchise and go-to guy, but not at the expense of the team. He's just a great kid, a natural leader.

Simmons had a great comparison for Towns but I completely forget what it is. It was certainly better than Channing f'ing Frye.

Watched some of Towns early on here and there via NBA TV.

He's just scratching the surface right now in terms of showcasing his skillset. We pretty much just saw him do his thing on the block bc that's what we needed and he needed to work on that part of his game coming out of HS.

Seen the dude so some crazy **** so far in Minny. Step back 3's, over the shoulder no look dump passes from the high post and more.

The kid is so good defensively as well with an unreal ability to time blocks, grab it & then outlet. The T Wolves have a nice young core and will be fun to watch.

Towns plays too stiff to be effective.

No offense taken, Chad. If a pastor/youth pastor is ever in the news, it's 99 percent guaranteed that they did something illegal/immoral. The thing that gives me pause in this situation is that I think(if I'm not getting the cases mixed up) these dudes had been suspected of breaking into other homes in the area.

And I would never put out a hit on BRax. Maybe put a hit on his internet provider, just so he could never post again.

I don't sell these but these are WAF. Touchscreen deadbolt and of the few on the market, probably the best looking.

GYERO, my ***. One person may have thrown out the stupid comment about him playing too upright (or stiff) but most of the college basketballs in here were well aware of his NBA upside. After watching the B/W game I knew there was no way he was falling behind Okafor, who was the unanimous # 1 at the time, and said as much for reasons I can discuss on here.

The Affair is the best show on TV right now, not sure it's even close.

Towns did play upright & stiff early...he was *still* considered the 1 or 2 pick by pretty much everyone.

Damn, sounds like Geese was all over it.

Granted I haven't watched any of season 2 yet, but, while a good show, I disagree.

"You're the Worst" on FX is a terrific comedy and my current favorite.
