Isbell is a little whiny but he is fine. Can’t take the shitting on Sturgill Simpson though. Dood and Juanita was ok for a concept album. All of Cuttin Grass is great. Sound and Fury rocks. Honestly, the morons are the ones that thing High Top Mountain was peak Sturgill. He didn’t like the overly produced sound of the album.

I also like Sound And Fury. Got to see Sturgill's show at Rupp in February 2020 right before everything shut down and he played a lot of that album. Childers opened up for him that night.

Haven’t stopped for food the last 3 trips from KW to Lex. Nothing makes me feel grimier than eating fast food on a roadie. Might as well be doing blow as sweaty, greasy and oily it makes me feel.

******** brother had my pops put 5K down in Ernest money for a 4 bed 3 bath which they were THIS close to securing until I called yesterday and shut that **** down.
Realtor was not happy and tried to argue with me until she received the guardianship email and gave up. We’ll have to see if we can get the 5K back if not, may go through with the purchase and rent it. Hate just losing the money.

The amount of people who need wheelchair/carts to get pushed around an airport these days is alarming. Has to be 5x than the past. Just saw 7 people off one flight have one waiting for them. All were walking around then gladly sat their fat *** down instead of walking to next gate.

Parks car and walks into the lobby of the JCTF. Lonny Demaree is standing on a ladder holding a tarp covering a sign.
“Is it time to show em, Coach?”
“Yes. It’s the first day of camp. Pull the curtain back.”
Lonny removes the tarp and a giant LED lit sign emerges..

I was having an annoying morning until Richie saved me. Now, I am floating.
I read awhile back that Shakedown was Seger's only number 1 hit. Seems hard to believe that was the only song.
“I Want Your Sex” was also on the BHC2 soundtrack. Did not recall that. Also, “Nasty Girl” by Vanity 6 was in BHC1 but not in the soundtrack, which is outrageous imo.

Shakedown is a terrible song. One of the worst in his catalogue and was really a sellout type song for him. (although maybe not any more than the equally terrible "Old Time Rock and Roll" which was ubiquitous in the 80s).
