^ No doubt.

Can you imagine someone like Bam in goal that has been practicing that specific job his entire life? The US would never surrender a goal.

US Soccer Fan is such an annoying breed. Got on Twitter for the first time in a year to read replies from these know-it-all pricks bitching about coaching. It’s pretty clear to these amateur eyes that the Dutch are a clear step above in talent. They’re bigger, faster, more talented and just plain better.

My absolute favorite commentary from US soccer fan is that athleticism is important, sure, but not that important and really it’s mainly a skill 😂. It’s literally a giant field where you are running around. Having the fastest, quickest guys is insanely important. I mean WTF. The NFL WRs, CBs, RBs, punt returners would be phenomenal at soccer. NBA PGs would be fantastic. The best athletes in the US go to the NFL and NBA, and nowadays you see how many foreigners are in the NBA. The US isn’t some magical country where its middle tier athletes will somehow beat the best rest of the 7 billion. Until the very top athletes in the US play soccer like the top athletes in the rest of the world the US will never truly challenge.

Anyone thinking the US was going to compete also thinks Jamaica is winning the Winter Olympics.
Now after 80-100 more years of climate change the odds on the Jamaican’s will be better.

Either TCU stays at 3 or they are out.

No way they have Michigan and Ohio State rematch in the semifinals. I suppose they could slide Michigan to 1 and avoid that in order to keep TCU in. Otherwise Roll Tide will be 3 and Ohio State 4.

Having lived in Bullitt County I have no problem hating on it. It's awful.
seeing how hard it is to get out of your trash city after a HS football game, the feeling is mutual!

Lexington is 100x worse than when I lived here. I can’t imagine living here and NOT being in college.

Lexington is a really nice town. Love it.

*always have loved it. But at this stage in my life, I view it as about a perfect place. I would probably get a place on cooper and just slay fall Saturdays. That’s a cool neighborhood.

**has swinger neighborhood written all over it

Nussmeier's dad has been the OC at Bama, Florida and Michigan amongst others. It's not going to happen but a combo package might work.

Still been 6 months since my wife’s car was stolen, and I still don’t have damages fixed except for what I’ve paid out of pocket because I wasn’t willing to let my wife drive unsafe.

-if only some kind/handsome bastard had told you *exactly* what to do first. That woulda been great.

Looks like tomorrow might be the last time we see the sun for a while.

At least there’s Christmas lights right now. A month from now is when it gets hard.

Oldest son turned 10 today. Where does the time go? Day he was born seems like yesterday. Birthday party with the 4th grade basketball team at the bowling alley after the game. Then smoked ribs for him, his brothers and his best buddy. A good day.

Dr. Pepper doing the right thing by covering their butt and awarding 100K to both students. The white privilege tweets were starting to roll in. That will be the last time a white woman competes in the challenge imo.

- Weird feeling going into a big ballgame when we’re favored by 9 and still not being completely confident. I mean, we may live up to that line, but we also could lose by 15 and I wouldn’t be surprised.

- Fired up “Plains, Trains & Automobiles” tonight. What a pity that those kinds of movies aren’t made anymore.

- Lol at the melodramatic corporate “THANK YOU” posts to our men’s soccer team who won ONE game and lost handily in the round of 16. FFS

- As mentioned I don’t pretend to know **** about soccer but some things you can just tell, and I could tell the Dutch were bigger, faster, better than us, and that our most talented player was that Reyna kid.

- My annual swing into Twitter confirmed my POV that it’s awful. Too many lame GIFs.

- Just give me something tomorrow, Calipari.
