I’m honestly shocked. I don’t think anyone cares for him in the whole state, but realistically I don’t think he was 100% to blame for OL issues, 4 games without CRod and an injured QB.

That said, good! Offense isn’t supposed to be this hard in college.

That'll be 4 in 4 years and 6th since coming to UK. He has to knock this one out of the park.
If Stoops left too...it would be a walk off 450' GS in the bottom of the 9th off Nolan Ryan w/ a 20 mph wind blowing in.

He's the HC, the top dawg, and the common denominator, and the kool-aid drinkers are too stupid to see it.

Eddie Gran is the most boring OC we’ve ever had, and also the only one who I felt was on the same page with Stoops. Meaning, he wants to milk the clock and run the ball 100% of the time.

Stoops either changes and gives full control to his OC (worked for Nick Saban).
or
Go ahead and stick with boring old Eddie Gran.

Honestly, I'm fine either way.

Lol, UKO hates Stoops for one reason ---> b/c he's brought respectability and excitement to the program, and has it in better overall shape than it's been in most of our lifetimes, despite the obviously disappointing season.

He literally can't stand it. So adorable.

Don't forget that raucous round of drinks at the turn he heard about third hand.

3 out of 4 losing seasons in the SEC (8th in the conference each time if you need help with that) Yeah...respectability and excitement is really showing up in the win column!!! Thankfully there are cupcakes. Keep accepting mediocrity and that is what you will get, and obviously adore. Sad.

Boy, that's one way to ignore the fact that he has two of our four 10 win seasons, IN OUR HISTORY, has had our best recruiting classes ever and has made us more competitive on a week to week basis with consistency over a 10 year span. Not to mention multiple consecutive bowl wins and beating UF with regularity.

Name another UK coach that's accomplished half of the above.

Am I disappointed in how this season panned out and upset with him as a HC sometimes? Absolutely. But I'm also not a black/white type person who can only see the glass half empty because you're pretending to hold UK footballs hand with your tongue in UNC's mouth. Find somewhere else to post your drivel.

We can only hope UT beating us by a hundred maybe changed Mark's thoughts on the type of offense we should try to run

-the o-line was middling...but they weren't the big problem.

^primarily scheme. They're using turf toe injury as cover...they shitcanned the qb run game at the beginning of the season and made our qb average at best. We he gets more study time/NFL coaching...he'll be good. Didn't have time to learn a *pure* pro style offense...there is a reason colleges don't do that.

^plays taking too long to develop/will locking in on one target/eliminating qb run game made the line look worse than it did.

55% red zone td percentage is *unacceptable* and its 100% on the play calling. Our receiving corps proved themselves throughout the year...Levis didn't forget how to throw the ball. It's all on the OC. *so* happy he's gone.

To see how much we played Deone, Afari, Brown and Key and not get anything out of our prize recruit this year is stunning, especially with how poor Flax played all season. I've read that he had weight issues but that was all hearsay. Assuredly we could find a game or two for him to get some reps in. Goodwin and Bingham can't be that much worse than Flax/Horsey unless the scheme was like learning Mandarin, which one has to think it likely was. Either way...

Yenser has to be next.

Big brother Bob mentioned how he went about hiring his first OC at Oklahoma after being the DC at Florida.

His thought was to hire someone who runs the offense he HATES defending which meant he targeted Mike Leach from UK.

Mark Stoops recognizes which offenses create the most hell on a defense. He needs to bring it here even if it might stress his own defense out on occassion.

I don’t know how serious it is, but if Brian Hartline is an option I think he would be a home run!

Another B10 area recruiter that apparently has done well, and a guy with plenty of playing experience too.

I get all the Liam Coen love, but dude left us after 1 year, he’ll leave again as soon as he can.

The QB’s that Will is ranked above for the draft is frankly quite remarkable considering our ‘offensive’ performance this year.

UKAthletics.com has Goodwin playing in 11 games this year. I assume that had to be on field goals and points after because I don't recall seeing him at tackle.
