Willie Taggart was fired from FAU yesterday. His career is completely inexplicable.

3 years at WKU (losing record)
4 years at South Florida (losing record)
1 bum *** year at Oregon (7-5)
1 1/2 years at Florida State (losing record)
3 years at Florida Atlantic (losing record)


How in TF? He’s only 47, and I would assume his head coaching career is over. Or he’ll get the Alabama job when Saban retires. Who knows.

I don’t get too caught up on the “sloppy seconds” thing, but following up Vegas Dave is just a bridge too far. Good god, Kliff. Clean it up.

My favorite part of the SEC-ACC rivalry games being played at the end of a he season is how often it exposes the ACC for being an absolute fraud.

If we played UofL early, all we would hear is how much improved they got during the season and would have beaten us. Instead, it was yet another reminder of the myth stemming from ****** ACC teams cannibalizing each other.

It would be one of the things I’d miss if those OOC games are lost after expansion.

Miami though, lol. There couldn't have been 200 people at that game yesterday. I don't know how you recruit with no fan base.

Just a great day yesterday. Weather was nice for tailgating. Card fans were sure chippy before the game. They had almost nothing to cheer for during the game, and left the stadium very dejected. As we stuck around waiting for traffic to disperse, that last red lot beer tasted nice, as the UL players parents walked past us after waiting for their kids to board the busses. I didn't say anything too disparaging, just a few " safe travels".

Mag wood is gonna be a really good player somewhere, but it speaks to our depth that he really didn’t get much clock this season. Not sure that was gonna change next year, either.

Checking the depth chart Id rather not lose him, but it isn’t surprising he’d bolt with 4-5 underclassmen probably going to be ahead of him.

- Had to skip out on Titans/Bengals as the house has been hit hard with the flu. No Jamarr Chase and it’s still just tied.

Hoping for some bungles jokes in here shortly!

I’d imagine any staff changes would have to be in next 6-7 days. Can’t screw around with uncertainty with so many guys in portal now. True free agency in college football.

Carolina and Bama try to one up each other with ****** shots with the shot clock winding down. Start the last play with 10 seconds left, why that’s so difficult I’ll never understand.
