they start taking the goals down like 10-15 minutes after the game. Antetokounmpo probably came back out right after interviews. And it’s not a real common thing to have players come back out and start shooting after the game either, especially someone of that caliber. So if I’m still in the arena I’m probably taking a pic. Probably take a video if it starts getting dramatic.

- After this season you better get a solid QB recruit. He doesn’t have to be flashy in rating but he has to be able to play. I have 0 faith in the guys we have behind Levis and it’s nothing to do with being FR, Sheron legit look as if he doesn’t know a damn thing about football.
Maybe Wade is RS’ing and we didn’t want to waste that.

Well they should let the players practice all they want, they’re literally worth hundreds of millions of dollars. But if you’re so bored you sit there and watch free throw practice an hour after the game do it. I have better things to do.
Gatewood and Mumme's daughters are in the mix for second, imo.
* We will probably beat Louisville with just enough offense that Stoops sticks with Scangarello. Maybe continuity will be good and that egghead can spend the offseason learning how to coach college kids.
* Levis looked like he's as healthy as he has been since Florida. Last year at Louisville he could have run for one billion yards if he wanted. Our offensive line kept him from getting killed by one of the (if not the) best defensive line in the country. Probably their best performance of the year.
I'm cautiously optimistic to end the season on a high note.

I’ve seen/heard some UT fans and reporters saying that members of UT’s defense and Hendon Hooker had some locker room beef about an NIL deal this past week. So, naturally, the defense fixed the game last night. They took a dive.

With Stoops contract Beamer's licking his chops thats more than 3x his base.
I mean odd timing but I'm sure stoops people played Barnhart like a drum with Auburn and Nebraska.
On one hand he has earned the max we can pay relative to our program on the other hand what a poor time to do it.

We were just pining to invest in our program to keep it going. Well, we just paid or coach, we have a brand new indoor facility being built, and signed both our stud freshman to nice NIL deals.
Mitch has done a *much* better job here than most of you dickwads ever give him credit for. The man does himself no favors by being a holier than thou top buttoning dork, but he’s a great AD.

We're not having to pay 2 or 3 coaches buyout money like some programs, so we have more to play with, but the timing is really bad. I like Mark Stoops. I want him to be our coach for now and in the future but the reality is that anyone who thinks he was a major figure in the Auburn and even Nebraska hirings is deluded. He would only be the choice if they missed out on their first 5 or more candidates so yet again it looks like Barnhart bought magic beans from an agent. The other thing it means too is raises for his staff and their are definitely two who will be lucky if they have a job after the season. He better create a special teams coach and if I was Barnhart, I would have insisted on it.
Timing isn't bad, we're struggling on the recruiting trail. Good little boost to squash rumors about Stoops leaving. I'm sure assistants getting a bump as well.

Maybe it was being used against us on the recruiting trail and Stoops let Barnhart know he didn’t want to go anywhere and that this would help comfort some kids.
As finicky as the recruiting trail is I could see negative recruiting against us as to whether he’d leave, players would exit, or both.
I’m hopeful Mark is like Bob, and will be happy at one place knowing it’s a legacy he is creating here, for whatever that is worth.

My guess on the timing thing is that they started on this probably right after the UF game and unfortunately it was signed right before Vandy.
I think he is right as long as he will make some tough decisions on the offensive coaching staff after the season. I think pretty much all of them should go.
