This might be the most egregious thing.
We could *kind of* stumble into good offense if you have shooters, spacing, and big O drawing double teams.
But when you're trotting out Damion Collins on the effing wing and running 2-man with Ware/Wheeler, you can't be successful offensively whatsoever. It's been this way for years and is even more glaring against top-tier coaches.
Grief. Same ****, different day. We're coached by a clown. Glad he wore a cool t-shirt the other day, tho.
History tells us this isn't going to change, either. Heartbreaking, too because it's a really nice roster.

Cal lost the benefit of THAT doubt years ago. It's done. He's completely out of rope/capital/good will.
Whatever/whenever it happened, when the switch flipped, he's done. He doesn't know WTF he's doing anymore.
Worst of all; because our AD is criminally incompetent, we're stuck.
The prospects for our 2 big sports, which looked so promising not too long ago, are now dismal.
November matters to me. He takes away college basketball from me every November. I can’t listen to podcasts or watch other games. All because this 90s guy can’t figure out modern basketball lineups. I don’t even care about scheme! Just play the right lineups and sit on the bench.
It screws us on offense, on defense, in November and in March.
It’s basic basketball at this point. This isn’t highly nuanced avant-garde stuff. Smallball isn’t a strategy. It’s the way the game is played. If you don’t play that way, you lose.

Wheeler is a liability in close games late. He’s a a great distributor and great at getting to the basket for the as long as it’s not a 1 or 2 possession game with less than 3 minutes, then he’s a complete spaz.
Also, every Stupid *** loss makes the Louisville regional that much tougher.
This is one of those nights where GYERO is a gift. To be able to at least be around other fanatics that get the rage/frustration.

Guessing you’re talking about Berto, my best friend Zack (he, Berto and I all wrestled together as previously mentioned) and his wife moved back in 2020 or 2021 to Oldham county because they were like why are we paying all this money for THIS.
I haven’t experienced that since I’ve been back a couple times but they lived there and I’m sure they know more than I.
This x1000. It's not the loss. I've seen us lose games and thought "We're really good though." If I saw this team play to its potential and somehow Sparty just shot the lights out and the refs ****** us, but it was what we saw in the Bahamas and the first two games, I'd be mostly fine right now. But what I saw showed me that I got suckered in by Cal for one more off season, even after that BS tourney loss last year. I feel suckered in. Cal is still Cal, the offense is still the offense, and March is still going to bring a ******, inexplicable loss that looks a lot like what we saw tonight.
I'm not mad about losing, I'm mad about who we are and the fact that it dooms this team.
I hope it hurts when Izzo pulls his dick out of Cals ***.

I was one of the early supporters of Cal when they decided on Gillespie. I watched the door and was thrilled when we got him. Obviously, he did bring us some great seasons, and I am intrinsically a loyal person, but it is no longer a matter of loyalty to a coach.
It is a matter of loyalty to a dynasty that is being driven into the ground.
The thing I can’t get my head around is that it doesn’t matter how sad & disgusted I and all UK fans are, Cal never has to leave unless he wants to.
What a yet another kick in whatever private parts one has.
