About to head down to see MY Lindsey Wilson Blue Raiders take on the lowly Georgetown Tigers today in the cold. Win this and they’re in the NAIA playoffs looking for a title. 4 of the players have already texted me this morning saying, “ you promised you’d be at this game are you coming?”

Pretty cool that we “bonded that bridge” in just over a month to where we keep up with each other. I’m stoked to watch this whipping in the cold. It may be a bourbon pint in the back pocket type game for this Raider.

My 13 and 14 year old wore shorts, hoodies, and crocs last night to 05's playoff game. Crisp 48 degrees. I don't get it. But whatev.

'05's team lost a playoff heartbreaker for the second straight season, this time in OT. We scored a TD in the first half of OT and kicked the extra point. Other team scored and decided to go for 2. Threw a quick pass to their super fast receiver in the flat and he beat the defender to the pile on. Gutting.

The number of times this year our interior offensive line gets pushed back into his lap has to be in the dozens. Normally you would roll a quarterback out more often when that is the case, but here we are.

Scoring touchdowns? I mean, that's nice and all, but let's just get to 3rd and 5. We don't want to get too crazy.
