They don’t even really call targeting anymore, and certainly don’t call helmet to helmet. It is a 15 yard penalty to accidentally tap the QB in the head with your pinky, though.

We may have started the bumping, but only one dude shoved/punched a coach. He was called for a penalty.
The first down call was egregious and in error.
Wasn't a fumble, nor was it as close as the commentators tried to convince us that it was. While it shifted, his hand still cupped the ball and had control until ground contact.
The reason you can't tackle a kicker is precisely why that was called, hopefully Goodfellow recovers fully.
You missed the reversed targeting call that wasn't remotely close to targeting.
We're so snakebitten that we "got" four out of five calls right and feel like we cheated them.

Thank God for this. I needed to see UT bullied and their dreams squashed of a trip to Atlanta.
I think Tennessee will score some points in this game. The problem is that Georgia might score 80.
Unless you want to mark it off your "SEC Opposing Venue" bucket list, not much reason to visit Faurot Field. Horribly designed to handle the crowd for bathrooms and concessions. No tailgate atmosphere to really speak of either.

Seeing a lot of "Tennessee is a year or two ahead of schedule so we knew this was coming" from their fans early on.
Not sure anybody ever thought an away game at Mizzou would be a good idea.
Honestly, it’s just nice to root for a team that is playing a clean game and has a clear plan of attack.

A creative person in the Athletic Department along with a compliance officer and an attorney could think up something, I'm sure of it. There is no actual POINT to us playing that game. None at all.
Big picture; Not playing that game is a no-brainer. If you got creative and had your ducks in a row re: skipping it.

A recently struggling traditional power with an exciting offense and a cool quarterback should be an easy story to root for. But they have quite possibly the most unlikeable fans in all of sports. No one deserves this team or really any joy whatsoever less than Tennessee fans.
