anth, you got a home sauna? If so, how is that going? I'm trying to convince the wife to let me get one.
I think he and I have the same one and yeah it’s incredible. I try to get in every day but mines in storage til I get a house, but it’s great having a sauna and steam room at work to use daily. Sauna and then hop in the cold tub——>feelin’ like a million bucks for the next few hours. Hoping the new garage will have room for both and my vehicle 🤞

I don’t even know what the black Israelites are. I just know Jews are powerful people and occupy a lot of powerful places and our government is the most crooked entity in the world. I actually despise kyrie for winning Lebron another championship.

I would rather read about kyrie or Kanye talk **** about Jews than hear Jennifer lawerence talk about getting vaccinated and enlarging my heart

Decided to look up cold plunge tubs just for funsies.

These things are great, and for only $5,000, you can get a tub that holds cold water. Wish I'd have thought of this business idea first. Brilliant.

They're ridiculous. Love to have one but I don't have anywhere to put it. Cold shower works pretty well after 40 minutes in the 140degree sauna.

If you have inflammation problems or related diseases... they are supposed to be game changers.

Anth, I have a Mefeir led steamer unit that didn’t have the tent in a pallet if you need a backup for free. Model 110A with remote control.

Kansas just got the hammer dropped on them. BOOM!

In fact, it's like they invited a young homosexual to their house in the middle of the night, an underwear fueled scuffle ensued, and a hammer was dropped on their head in the melee. A bit self inflicted, if you will.

Van Hiles’ clips on Twitter from this past Saturday are infuriating. Just little **** from not making the easy throw, missing a block that was easy, trying to do someone else’s job, etc. Has to drive the coaches crazy, especially on mistakes that were practiced all week.

Those are indeed ridiculous. I made my own out of a new chest freezer from Lowes and a thermometer that controls when it turns off and on to keep it at the same temp at all times for a mere $450-500.

Here’s a thought… Remove those hideous blue stickers from the court and bring back the plastic vinyl brick that used to cover the tunnels from the lockerooms and let Central Bank splash its logo all over them.

A win win for everyone plus that plastic brick look was sharp was touch.

Finally free. Got the paperwork today saying the divorce is final.

It's an odd feeling.

One hand, I've felt guilty about dating while still being legally married, so that's gone. Turned down a couple good opportunities that I hope are still available.

On the other hand (Randy Travis), it's kind of sad. Thinking of my kids today.
Hope they weren’t Miss Puerto Rico or Miss Argentina.

There used to be a subway right by two keys right across the street from mad mushroom (and I think a chipotle opened up the year I lived there). Anyway we lived in a sick party house above the subway with my bedroom directly above the pool tables at two keys. One random Wednesday night we all got a hold of chocolate mushrooms, and I decided to eat half of one to test it out. My insane buddy Chris decided to eat five. At 1:30 AM he ran in his underwear (or honestly he might’ve been naked) and ran into that mad mushroom, jumped on the counter, and started grabbing boxes of cheese sticks and hurling them at those poor horrified workers in there. We were eventually able to carry him back to our house (where a couple hours later he threw my desktop monitor out the window into the middle of S Limestone) and gave the mad mushroom employees 100 bucks so they wouldn’t call the cops. One of my most memorable cheese sticks memories.

You’re a helluva guy and one of these days, you’ll see this whole shitburger as a blessing in disguise.

You can do that here but in the Keys there was no such thing as cold tap water it was like 70 at it’s coldest. Definitely a more space and cost effective route.
