For as maligned as Carrington was last year. He's been GREAT this year

Dude is a flat out rascal DAWG. Sticky cover sob who yaps yaps yaps. Quickly becoming a favorite.

That pick was silly.

I’ve only seen a quarter of Ole Miss, so I’m an expert now. Their RPO **** ain’t gonna fly against our D. Will Rogers and the Pirate scare me more. There’s only so much you can do against that.

-its questionable, but I kinda get taking the safety instead of punting...the squib kick afterwards giving app state the ball at the 50 is an incredibly bad call. Put em in hail Mary range right off the bat...kick it away.

Feel bad for him. Hopefully, he will learn from today.

-Got to take one of my best bud’s kids to their first UK FBall game today, that was super cool to see them look in awe at how big it was and how many people were there. We made it through 3 quarters before the youngest was ready to go and we left. Cool experience.

-How does App State continue to do this? So cool and impressive.

-Great to see so many old friends in town this week. Very happy to be back.

-MY Lindsey Wilson Raiders are playing well so far. Texted a bunch of the fellas this morning, always good talking to them.

-There’s NOTHING like college FBall Saturdays there’s just not. And when OUR boys are this good it’s just that much better. 😎

Did anyone else see that kid in gray running through the field and touching a ref before going to the YST sideline and players/staff wondering who he was?

He then jumped into the stands behind the YST sideline and the people in that section grabbed him until the police came over.

I don’t mind a good on the field weirdo on occasion but why do it in the most normal inconspicuous outfit ever, during a TO, do nothing but run around and then have the rest of the weekend be miserable?

I understand drunk and 20 years old an all but maybe wait for a real game and do something memorable?

Kid got arrested and only his parents and close friends will know and all call him a DA.

I normally always have at least a hundo or two in cash on me. I like cash. But today before departing to the peewee football game, I was embarrassed to discover I had only two dollars in my wallet, but I needed to pay the gate and also hot concession stand action.

So I asked my second grader if I could borrow $40 from the “bank” in his closet. He too likes cash. He immediately looked up from his ipad and said yes, if you pay me back today, it will be $42, if you pay me back tomorrow, it will be $45.

My initial reaction was to tell him to eat my ***, but I caught myself and realized that this kid has the right idea, and let it be. I guess I’ll get $45 in cash back from the Kroger tomorrow.

Leach’s boys looked pretty bad there. That’s not a scary offense. ******** on that holding call, tho.

Edit - does anyone know what is wrong with Manning? That 5 from the second half in Gainesville will be good together. But there is zero margin for injury. Today was ugly. Flax almost broke my remote.

Afari is a stud. Weaver would have had a field day against Mike Leach - what a ***** that is, really hoping it’s a 3 week thing, which I understand is a possibility, but best case type deal.

Watching tonight, I'm much happier with a sloppy, but total domination of a solid Youngstown St. team.

Love the speed we have at WR.

Feel like Levis was pressing on the picks, but come on kid. Clean it up OL.

The sideline reporter doing the post game interviews had a great set.

I keep looking at this remaining schedule and yeah, probably through blue glasses but I’m seeing 10-0 going into the Georgia game. Was leery of the road games at Ole Miss & Fugorangely but not so much anymore barring injuries. Heading to the Jamaican cabbage to get a different look and calm my expectations.

SMD, Let’s Pray!

Calumet 16 : a truly great and elegant bourbon for $129. Just a great nose… changes as it sits. Toasty finish for a modest 106 proof. I am enjoying many. Love it. Toasted again.

My bar is pretty dope for chilling out and watching games and sippin. gets me in the mood immediately.. Scotch night Thursday w/my boy Hayk. Compass Box Phenomenology, Lephroig Cardeas and Bunnehabbain amongst others…

We need JJ Weaver.

aTm won’t have anyone left in secondary. Suspended dudes and 2 targeting calls. Whoops. Eff those weirdos.

Eff ‘‘em al, actuallyl. I think the only SEC team I don’t mind is LSU (for some reason). . Their fan as calling an injured MSU player a ***** should change my mind, but it doesn’t.

The fighting Petrinos just gave away their first lead to the Hogs. Petrino was prolly prepping/scouting that gane for 5 months.

Blew off gym this morning. Guilty. Going tomorrow first thing.

53 in 2 hours.

@MattJonesKSR on his show mentioned leg lengthening surgery a couple days ago as what some people are doing voluntarily… GFL. I had that surgery about 35 years ago (3 surgeries) to extend my right femur 2-3/4”. Hoffman/Wagner external fixation device. Medieval torture pain inflicted on a 15 year old for months on end in hospital. Plus, it immediately ended my baseball/football career. Look it up. Enjoy the bone graft (from pelvis) vids on YouTube. Carpentry.

Lexus - Do you want some more?!? Commercial is just nauseating.

peace.

**** TAMU. They're f*cking weirdos. Those cheer boys are the most bizarre thing in sports.

One of my best college buddies is from/lives in Texas. Big UT* fan. Our mutual hatred of the Aggie’s, obviously a component of the latter years of our friendship, is one of my favorite things. They despise them like we despise UL. And all the Texas message board stuff he sends me regarding them is outrageous, predominantly anti-gay slurs/imagery. Down there it’s still acceptable to call someone a gaffot.

Stoops must hate, hate, hate losing to
Lane Kiffin’s pretty boy ***** ***. You know he has this one circled. This game is going to tell us a lot. I’m getting goosebumps typing this. That ***** has had our number.

*I’ve always reliably been of the viewpoint that UT is Tennessee, Texas is Texas. Usually I did so to disrespect my Texas friends and prop up the SEC. But now that they are joining, I guess the proper move would be to call Texas UT and UT …. Tenn.?

I mean, f**k Tennessee. Bunch of hilljack inbreds.

Sunday morning musings..

- Let's get real with Cobra Kai: if you're Daniel LaRusso, at some point you've just got to move away, right? I mean it's basically 40 years later and he's still got all these psychos that keep showing up wanting to ruin his life all because of some grudge about a f'n high school karate tournament. Just move away dude, it ain't worth it.

- Gonna be sick when UK football wins the whole f'n thing. Hopefully they've got a cut-out like this in the locker room that they're tearing pieces off of with each win:

except it's of Megan Calipari. @Wildcat Willy you should get to work on that one. Talk about the real Yum Center. Let's gooo!

- What can be done to make baseball more exciting at this point? There are no stolen bases, no hit-and-runs, no 10 cent beer nights, no more steroids... and yet they still kept the organ lady, huh? I think getting rid of the nerd shift is a good start but I got nothing else for ideas other than more fights. Or maybe tell some of these dudes to, you know, not throw it so hard.

- The NBA was facing a similar conundrum a few years ago with that hotly contentious issue of whether the fans wanted to see more dazzling dunks or more basketball bloopers. Hell, I don't know if they ever made a call on that one now that I think about it. You decide:

- When I was a kid I always irrationally hated John Olerud for that little ***** helmet he wore. Well, he wore it because he'd sustained a near fatal brain aneurysm when he was in college and long story short I guess he wasn't just some scared ***** after all. I was a POS kid, huh?

- Check that, f John Olerud.

- I hope everyone's fantasy football teams wins all the big points. Go team! Go sports!

- Cal better start Reeves.

- Obvious spot to look at is that O-line, but man what an absolute monster of a defense that struts out like Ric Flair on a mid-80's night.

- Unsolved Mysteries theme is still GOAT of scariest ever. I bet I went to bed with that tune in my head hundreds of times.

- Organizing a company "pot luck" lunch is always clutch. It just means eating homemade "mom" dishes all weekend long from the sweet ladies I work with.

* brown beans w/cornbread
* fried potatoes (the best combo in food?)
* BBQ little smokies
* meatballs
* Buffalo chicken dip
* vanilla pudding (insert dessert here)
* chips and crackers

By the way, the Chicken in a Biscuit cracker is severely underrated.

*MattsCats scoops up some bacon cheddar ranch dip with said flavored-cracker; eyes the fridge for more beans tonight*

- The broadcast of The Howard Stern Show during 9/11 should be in the Smithsonian.

Baba Booey's, "I hope this isn’t one of those crazy kamikaze terrorist things," was eerily correct.

Just a surreal piece of audio.

- Nothing like a fresh pair of contact lenses. But nothing worse than falling asleep/passing out with them glued to the eyeballs in the morning.

- All-time brutal GAMBOL loss yesterday.

UNDER 60.5 in the Purdue/Syracuse game.

10-9 going into the 4th quarter, the SOBs scored 42 points combined in that last 15:00.

32-29. FU, Vegas.

- NFL GAMBOL (1pm):
JAX +3
CAR EVEN
PIT +3
$20 to win $125

- Speaking of which, there's nothing worse than hearing that 60 Minutes ticker around 6:30.

- Less than 3 weeks until Keeneland.
