You don't think Cameron's closeness to Mitch will hurt him with Trump? He's been pretty down on the chinless one since the election.
I mean, you never really know with Trump...but I don't think so.

Cameron's one of the very few that Trump and Mitch have campaigned for together.

Worst case, Trump sits it out and doesn't endorse anyone.

When people on here say things like Kelly Craft is hot I realize why so many freak out about girls bathing suits… 🤦🏼‍♂️

Get one thing clear. One outlier said she was hot. The rest of us don’t think so.
Heard.

Just saying some on here are like “man I went to the pool today and the 20-30 something girls are hardly wearing anything!” Yeah no ****, been that way for decades Bubba.

Honestly totally forgot about Zags addition.

Mercy

Can’t recall a better schedule ever tbh, or at least since since the 90s & early 2000s when we played all our OOC marquee games at Rupp.

Well, except for IU, Notre Dame, Maui, Great Alaska Shootout, Preseason NIT, Basketbowl, etc.

But definitely all the other ones.

The NOLA man is just full of Kentucky takes today.

The point is, all you idiots misremembering a time in this era when we had 4-5 marquee OOC home & homes are delusional

We’ve typically had Louisville + 1 (2max) others. UNC, etc…and we’ve had exactly that under Cal + the addition of the B12 challenge, which is essentially KANSAS when we don’t play them Champions Classic.

The main difference is MORE marquee games period, not less at Rupp.

The “other” Rupp opponents are the bigger issue Imo. The middle tier P5 teams & solid mid majors that provide competitive contests have been replaced with <200 rated teams.

JMO.

“He does need new facilities,” Greenberg told KSR on the Sources Say Podcast this week. “That’s not me being a mouthpiece for Cal. Pat Forde wrote something like — Pat, do your homework dude. I can name 50 schools that have better practice facilities than (Kentucky’s), it’s antiquated.

“It’s not nicer than my practice facility at Virginia Tech. It’s not nicer than VCU’s practice facility, not nicer than Illinois, not nicer than Arkansas, Auburn is moving into a new one. That’s just the way it is.”

“They need to improve the housing, they need to improve the practice facility,” Greenberg told KSR. “They don’t have a place as a staff to meet, don’t have a standalone weight room — they share it with a bunch of other sports. Let me tell you something, if you walk into Duke’s practice facility, that practice facility and weight room isn’t for more than one sport. They have a place to meet as a staff.

“A standalone building is what they need. The best programs in the country have standalone buildings that are built for men’s and women’s basketball. That’s just the way it is.”

“Look, the reality of it is, everybody is building new facilities. If you’re recruiting, you’re walking these players into the facilities — the size of the assistant coaches’ office, the lack of a meeting room. Tom Izzo’s film room upstairs in their office complex is an incredible theater. Obviously, Kentucky has theirs in the locker room.”

Again, a locker room Calipari raised money to build on his own.

“(The practice facility) is not up to par in terms of the best of the country,” Greenberg told KSR. “I would think Kentucky would want the best in the country.”

In theory, yes.

But in reality when we’re those schools facilities built? Because we have grown so fast as a football program and we were way ahead for years in basketball. Just because some of those schools, without checking, have recently surpassed us doesn’t mean that now, in THE MOST EXPENSIVE CONSTRUCTION ERA ever, we should over spend to put everyone else down a peg or three.

I realize John can raise the funds himself, but big picture how many construction projects does the university have going that has to be managed by some dept? Especially when now it’s coming across like John just has an inferiority complex with what football is doing, which is overachieving.

^Wont be popular here, but maybe win a tournament game John!
