* The only thing I trust less than an internet opinion by Waterhead Wayne or UKO is the results of a Jamaican autopsy. Three white Americans in their 60s randomly keel over on the same night in the same Jamaican resort and authorities suspect no foul play? Whatever you say, mon.
That thing is nuts. The people who died are in their 60’s. They even went to the doctor because they were feeling sick. They think it might be some gas leak or poisoning, right?

Big weekend for this homeboy.

- ran off to Breckenridge for a super top secret elopement/wedding ceremony. for a variety of reasons, having a very small get together with no family and only our closest friends ended up being absolutely perfect for us. i think we ended up with 18 people total.

- rented a big house just minutes out of town and spent the weekend skiing, eating, and drinking. got to bring our pup along with us to be a part of the festivities. he even wore a tux and hammed it up for the photographer.

- thanks to the schemsloots, bellydancers, and bbdk for attending. wouldn't have been the perfect weekend without them.

- ole dog dad hadn't hit the slopes (except for a little Christmas in July, if you nomsayin) in 15 years, so I had no idea what to expect. thank god they gave me the beginner skis, and i felt like i hadn't missed a beat. had a great time, stayed upright. no wrecks. had a blast on the blues and greens. consider this a pat on my own back, but i performed quite well on the skis. ready to get back out there asap.

* breck is probably the most popular ski town in america (google tells me vail gets more skiers), which brings the good and the bad. it's a decent sized city with all kinds of dining/drinking/staying/shopping options, but it's also overcrowded with a lot of basic bitches. it's a very easy place to get to from denver, but far from my favorite part of colorado.

* we're still planning a new orleans get together with family and many more friends in may, and cannot wait for that as well.

* so, this ring. do i gotta wear this sucker like all the time? 43 years jewelry free, so it feels weird af.

I haven't seen anything. I think the lady from one of the couples was airlifted to Florida for medical treatment so hopefully we will learn more.

We get a guy mocked #1 and some of you argue why he doesn’t deserve it? I’ll take that over Terry Wilson and Mike Hartline any day.

Scooped up a Patrick Mahomes Game Used Jersey from Lynn B. this weekend. We talked about his senior year. He would have come back if 1) Terry wasn’t QB or 2) they let Lynn play qb. He really loves UK fans.

Twins graduate on Saturday. I really enjoy seeing some of you coaching or fishing with your kids. That’s the good stuff as a parent. Would love to turn back the clock and do that again.

- the Bahamas folks got bad drugs, right? I'm going to tell my fiancé that's what happened so he doesn't get any dumbass ideas when we're in a similar region for honeymoon. Take their weed, not the pills.

- My favorite part of the prison guard and escapee story: "Vicky White and Casey White, who are not related" #rollTide

Also, inmate looks like bizarro world Jim Halpert. Or Aaron Rodgers on a good day.

- CRod: please get **** right. At least he didn't get an underage drinking charge too...? F.

You know what’s even more mind blowing than drugs? The magic of reading! And books aren’t killing people in Jamaica.
I don't think this couple was snorting fentanyl in the Bahamas.

Feel bad for those folks that died but we're getting back to some normal weird **** news and less 2020-2021 style news.
My wife has completely turned off all news for a few months (which I admire) because she didn't want to hear anything about COVID or Ukraine, so it was a joy to tell her about the jailbreak and the dead crackers in Jamaica.

There's nothing in downtown if you aren't going to Tony's or an event at Rupp.

Gene Snyder...lol.

Jewel....even bigger LOL.

Deduct 20% for over inflated Versailles property values and the associated attitudes.

Dealing w/ Versailles to Lex and back traffic.

No easy access to I75.

People mis-pronounce the name.

Good luck.

The last 2 houses in our neighborhood sold in less for 24 hours, for more than ask, and hadn't been updated like ours has. Hell some of those Ball homes houses in Wofo are going for more than a half mill on a postage stamp of land.

Have only mentioned to a few local friends and have already had 5 agents knock on the door in the past 48 hours saying they had buyers.

We'll be just fine, but thanks for your 2 cents. 🤣

You staying in WOFOCO, Huber?

Of course we are staying. Where else would someone want to live after experiencing the last decade of life here in Wofo? Small town living close to the hustle and bustle of Lexington, and not too far from Louisville, surrounded by some of the most beautiful properties in the world, we have our family farm near Woodford Reserve for hunting, fishing, and having fun, close to 3 airports for ease of travel, home of the Willieburger, a $hitty dive bar named Locals with cheap drinks and Karaoke I like to frequent, and frankly home of some of the nicest folks I've ever met. Versailles is now home.

Plus, we really need more bourbon tasting nights with you and Geese in the upcoming years. Planning to have a Speakeasy bar in the new house, maybe with a ventilation system for stoagies, so Ill be happy to host as long as Joshy brings his good, high brow sauce.

I'll be here in Woodford County until the kids go off to college. Then I'll either move to Bluffton South Carolina to spend the last 3rd of my life driving a golf cart to the grocery or to my crabbing charter boat on the May River, or maybe to our family ranch in Sedona to write my life autobiography, do mind altering drugs, and look for vortexs around Bell Rock while being a tour guide with Pink Jeep Tours.

So don't fret buddy. We will be around for awhile.

Once this boy pops out of LSAT in the next few days and life settles down for us, I'm down for some fellowship and multiple
tastings.

Maybe krazy can finally send me his samples so we can test drive before it drops on the market.

Already dropped and getting plenty of buzz privately.

900 bottle PO followed up by a 450 bottle PO, at $260 retail. Not a fan of the price myself and took a lot of consulting to accept but it’s done and people have loved it.

I had no address to send to, but 80 and Willy have a few free bottles on the way.

Edit: I’d be more than happy to show up to any tasting you all would like to clown me in person at.

Do you peel the 84 Lumber sticker off your dually and change out of your steel toes and overalls before heading to an overpriced bourbon tasting?

Probably should if you don’t already.
