If anyone is looking to move to Woodford County, my little slice of heaven will be on the market next week. Fully updated, 3,100 square feet, 5 bedrooms.
3100 sqft not enough? Looking for servants quarters and separate entrance for the help?

In the NFL, none of what you posted matters.

what does matter is that these guys are listed as starters currently:

Davis Mills
Marcus Mariota
Drew Lock
Matt Ryan
Carson Wentz
Jimmy G/Tray Lance
Zach Wilson

And people in this thread act as if those guys are irreplaceable.

Fully updated, 3,100 square feet, 5 bedrooms, half acre perfect for entertaining, 15 minutes to downtown Lexington, 45 minutes to Gene Snyder in Louisville if you don't drive like a pu$$y, and located in the jewel of Central Kentucky, Versailles.
Hmm … based on those specs, it sounds like you’re out there near some good people I know — Tim and Anna C.

I don't, but there is a guy named @Geese Feeder who lives in the neighborhood, has a backyard straight out of Guns & Gardens magazine, and has unbelievable Bourbon tastings. Ill throw him in with whoever makes the purchase.

@Pti, Steve is my next door neighbor. He just told me you guys used to do drugs together back in college. Small world.

- Not everyone in Versailles lives in a 3,100-square-foot house, guys. For instance, I live in Versailles and my house is only 3,000 square feet.

- Been in my dad's hospital room since Wednesday night and he's had it on Fox News 90 percent of the time since. The other 10 percent was equally divided between Derby coverage and "National Lampoon's European Vacation".

- Guess Sandals in the Bahamas is off my list.

Got sick of waiting to get a pool. Instead waiting forever (2+ year waiting list) to get a pool installed, decided to buy a house that already has a pool. Quicker, easier, and will be skinny dipping in a month. #Profit

Thank you to all of you who participated in the Bourbon Derby. We raised over $50K!

Krazy, thanks for the bottles you donated. I also sanded, stained and sealed the barrel you gave me and paired it with a painting I did and it went for $900 in a silent auction. You are much appreciated, my man.

- How good is tornado footage getting these days? Understated boon from technology.

- So the “Under the Banner of Heaven” series is pretty awesome. That book has been on my list for well over a decade. Not a great look for LDS.

Happened to drive through Colorado City, AZ(a key hub of the FLDS Church) during our family trip out west last summer and it was just eerie. Not many actual houses dotting the landscape. More like small warehouse-looking buildings forming compounds. We stopped for gas out of necessity and I started feeling like it was a "Children of the Corn"-type situation so we got out of there in short order.

Creepy place.

For anyone else waiting on a pool, holler at me and I’ll help you get yours in 2 months at a ridiculous savings.

If you have half of an idea on construction you’ll be good to go.

So how long before we get preliminarily pissed over what game(s) Levis won't play in to avoid hurting his draft stock? No bowl game play at minimum, right? Maybe the Sharpe route of just avoiding the season altogether is the play. /rolleyes

Not sure I'm on-board with this level of pre-season hype.

Anyone watched the clip of Axl Rose and Carrie Underwood singing Sweet Child O Mine and Paradise City at Stagecoach Music Festival? All those years of singing his style has destroyed Axl's voice. He was terrible but Carrie in the Daisy Dukes prancing around the stage was worth the 13 minutes I spent watching. 🤣

* You can't run and play the way Will Levis does and then get scared to play a bowl game. Criticize him all you want, but toughness is without question his #1 quality.

* Jazz Fest final day.....

- Jimmy Buffett rocked as always. 75 years old. I've been listening to that dude since the 4th grade, and just love him. Just a great, much needed show.
- Zac Brown looked like a bear. Like a homosexual dream. Throw a harness on that guy and stick him in a leather bar. They played a cover of Poison (Bell Biv DeVoe), Sledgehammer (Peter Gabriel), and at one point he was doing a rap duet with some prototypical Nashville country f-boi. So awful. Played almost exclusively cover songs. Very weird.
- Weather wasn't quite as hot as anticipated. Was able to get a band for an air conditioned/buffett/open bar tent. Lifesaver.

* Leaving for Italy in 8 days. 'Bout time to start planning.

* Mother's Day is great. Plenty of Nick Cannon jokes out there.

* Turnpike Troubadours are working on a new album. Praise jesus.

* Pretty bad news about Chris Rodriguez, especially given his place as a leader and a team captain. It's about time we step up and do the right thing as a legitimate SEC football power school and suspend him for the 1st quarter of the opener against Miami of Ohio.

* Must have drank a solid 318 beers yesterday. Today, I'm no so much hungover as my brain is just foggy af. Not sure which is worse.

* For years, the NBA basically drafted every single 7-footer that could stand up and tie his shoes. That's about where the NFL is on QBs.

* Some old SUVs I'd love to own....

- landcruiser
- defender 90
- isuzu trooper
- bronco

* Pizza and Anal Night. Is that today or tomorrow? My Google calendar hasn't been updated lately.

I’d like to amend my original post re: Levis. I will still hold up my end of the deal, but if (and in reality when) Levis doesn’t get drafted, Hank and 80 have to take a 1 year ban. Let’s call it a “loser leaves town” wager.

"Hey, dad. What that you're working on. Looks weird."

"I'm making a piece of furniture/game board for racing toys."

"Toys? Like Hot Wheels or marbles?"

"No, son. For vibrators. Those type of toys. It will be a hit at Derby parties."

Oh, I’m sticking with it under the original terms. I just want those clowns to put up or shut up.
So you don't even think Levis gets drafted now?

There's nothing in downtown if you aren't going to Tony's or an event at Rupp.

Gene Snyder...lol.

Jewel....even bigger LOL.

Deduct 20% for over inflated Versailles property values and the associated attitudes.

Dealing w/ Versailles to Lex and back traffic.

No easy access to I75.

People mis-pronounce the name.

Good luck.

When is getting to Versailles and traffic a problem? Maybe during Keeneland at a certain time you should know. Not sure I get that one.
