Ate Skyline for dinner late this week (circa 9:00ish) and just knew as I polished off my chillito with spaghetti “welp I’m not sleeping tonight” #old

Hey, you know what? After purchasing an in-ground goal through Dick's Sporting Goods and the headaches that have come with the installation process there within, I'm OK with Elon Musk purchasing that company, loading it up on one of his rocket ships, and firing it straight into the sun. F Dick's.

Member, FDIC.
Did you install yourself? I did that a few months back and the only issue we had was the anchors not going into wet concrete “straight”.

Wandale, Kinnard, Fortner, and Paschal should all come off the board tonight.

Friday Shorts:

- Another throwaway week for ToddlerDad. Poor thing is puking and rocking a 103 degree temp. So that means little sleep, broken work week, etc. Fun stuff.

- Wonder how much I’m going to get dinged at the pearly gates for never outwardly thanking God when recognized for accomplishments. “Welp, Chad- you could have tossed in a ‘praised be’ or something after that recognition in the department meeting for the video you worked on, but no, you didn’t mention Me at all. Enjoy another week in purgatory, dickhead.”

- Speaking on stubborn SOBs, so after 12 years of playing alongside the best QB in Texas, Johnny Moxon couldn’t be talked into the slot or free safety or any other position? Kid obviously had talent but he was cool biding his time in Harbor’s shadow. No wonder Kilmer hated him.

- No team name in sports more annoys me than the Utah Jazz.

- Great article on Cabrera’s 3000th hit and how numbers like that in baseball will soon be extinct:

- Stephen A on Kyrie - what an absolute clown:

Imagine being a Hall of Famer and getting dunked on multiples times in a year by this 34 year old.

I would've kicked his *** off the team for calling the GD Oopty Oop.

I would've kicked his *** for turning down the naked sundae.

So, this is either Lucas having a philosophical difference with Cal’s direction for the program or simply believing Cal doesn’t value his input.

Cal’s massive ego will view him as disloyal and I fear he won’t take this as yet another sign that his “way” is not always the right way.

Kind of crazy how much of a ***** Cal has turned into. Get it together man, good lord.

@MattJonesKSR TF is going on with our program? Jai feel he needed to jump off of a sinking ship? I mean what a gut punch
Gotta be careful since the lurkers now turn my posts on here to regular posts to be outraged about.

But I think Travis Graf's read on this is pretty accurate. Jai thought recruiting should begin earlier and get guys locked up and focused on UK in Sophomore/early Jr year as Duke does. That philosophy wasn't being implemented and I think that was a big part of the move. Guys good at their jobs want to be able to do their jobs with the most freedom possible.

Calipari if he wants can replace him with another big time recruiter. So that doesn't really concern me. But it is bad from a perception standpoint no doubt and is just a further indicator that we don't feel like we are on top of the basketball world right now

Especially true if the kid from S. Dakota St picks Kansas which some people are speculating (but I have no idea)

Thanks for that hot take. That multiple insiders have already posted before you did. At least you gave them credit for it this time.

When did GYERO get so mean?

(oh wait)

Had to run to the store a few mintues ago, and out of conversation on here a few weeks ago, I picked up a Twack of Genuine Busch Beer. And it tastes damn fine (not happy that they lowered the ABV to 4.3, it used to be 5) but oh well.
