No thanks. I’m trying to manage a 4 state expansion while selling almost 5M in lumber etc.

I can’t handle anything extra, and I’m intentionally expanding Down Home very slowly to learn this business as well.

I’ve already made a few mistakes that cost me more in tax than it should have, and I don’t want to expand to fast and miss big things that get me shut down temporarily or long term.

I have a source that does a daily radio show that says Brad may take Bruiser Flints job. This guy also does the pre and post game show so he’s pretty connected.
I have a source who used to post on this board all the tell me about Brad to LIU Brooklyn on Monday. I guess he is too busy to post anymore since he is sending people to jail.

Got rid of Justus, added ENG.

Got rid of ENG, so who will be the huge tool who sits on the bench and does nothing productive next year?

A cool 59k for a basketball card.

Between things like that happening regularly, the way Pokémon cards sell, NFT’s going for tens of thousands of dollars, and people buying houses 75-100k over asking with cash, is money even real anymore?
Sometimes I’m afraid this was all a dream. I’ll wake up on the night before the store opens. We have shifted to real estate with the profit instead on inventory. It’s wise to diversify.

I, in fact, don’t feel like a sucker that I made enough money to pay my loans off early. I’m also assuming it’s some menial number like 5k or 10k or something.
There’s a lot of “should I pay this off” or “should I spend it on the hookers” decisions that go on, too.

I read up on NFTs quite a bit and I’ve yet to understand how anybody could possibly think they have value.

NFTs are simple, dummy. This means I am rich:

NFT's are the new wave of rich people write offs. Typically, it's traditional art that is used for this purpose, but NFT's provide some advantages over physical art many can't pass up if they want to game the system.

Political candidates are getting into selling NFTs for fundraising.

All of them want to do it now because one congressman started doing it.

Super annoying.

Basically, like everyone, make it while you can. It won’t always be like this so don’t “waste” it all either.

Not gonna lie, every time I think about what I’ve accomplished, I laugh knowing there is a guy I somewhat am in contact with daily that makes more off cardboard with athletes pictures on it.

Keeps me humble

I don’t know Krazy, feels like you are leaving money on the table (or on the cornstalk if you know what I mean). I mean sure, you’re making money. But but from an economic theory perspective you’re really losing money by not leveraging everything to become the next Brown dynasty. Not sure how you can even look your wife and kids in the eyes.

Are you not aware of what I did to get started? Seriously speaking, I get the sarcasm here, but my reality was that of which you speak while my wife was pregnant and we were in a rental house……….I removed all my guns from the house that day and have only brought 1 back into my possession since that day.

C’mon man… I was joking with you. You are doing it the right way. The perfect way.
