Re: memes

Can't get enough of the 'Thinking with my D' guy dancing in a parade down at Mardi Gras or whatever. Scrolled through about 100 of them earlier. **** just cracks me up, guy is a legend.

Song was from 2013, and Kevin Gates just re-released it as a single bc of it. Cut that man a check.

-I'm interested, Wayne (just not with you). That new comedy club looks dope.

-There's one person who could change my outlook completely on next season. Scottie Pippen Jr. #mancandream

Just to add to the shittiness of March for UK fans, 3/4 of the best players left on the women's basketball team are headed to the portal. I know ... women's basketball.

Sampson reminds me of Boeheim of old. gets some guys who can fit his style.

Twitter is great if you follow the right people. Only need to follow one or two guys in each sport as they are always retweeting links to each others stories. They usually preview the story for you allowing you decide whether to click the link without having to search for content.

Given ESPN no longer covers certain sports well or has any stories worth anything not behind the paywall, I don't think I follow anyone from there.

Ignore the politics and enjoy.

Someone fill us in on the coaching scuttlebutt. I can only assume Chin got tired of Cal screaming at him and telling him to sit down.

I saw Tom Segura in 2017 or so without ever hearing one of his jokes because a friend had an extra ticket. His Pac-Man bit had me crying. His dunk attempt last year spawned an amazing volume of memes too. Dude is hilarious. In conclusion, Anth, you're wrong.

Wayne, I'll have you know that was a 10:30 show. I didn't even nap before I went.

So Waterhead can't fathom why people feel differently about attending a 10:30 comedy show on a Friday night (hint -- sounds like a blast!) and 9:00 pm starts for televised basketball games on weeknights that ruin the weeknight sleep schedule and serve no one's interests besides ESPN's (hint -- a pain in the ***)?

He dumb.

Thanks for the verification. Maybe it's because I watched Ricky Gervais the night before but pretty terrible.

You ever meet Christian people that make you question Christianity?

I’m not against, or overly for it either way, but man some people just spin me into taking a stance of “How do you know it’s real” “what makes you right and me wrong” “if your wrong would you be able to say you enjoy your life more than me” etc etc.

They get so enraged!

Hey - everything sucks but at least the good people of the Commonwealth won’t be poisoned by the evils of legalized gambling and weed any time soon. We still have our morality in this state. 👍

Not a legal scholar and can't begin to assess the possible fallout of such a move but I don't know why Louisville doesn't just proceed with marijuana. Personal use is already decriminalized here anyway.

I mean is Damon Thayer going to lead a battalion of State Troopers in a raid of Bardstown Road? Get bent, Frankfort.

I’m pretty convinced that at least some of the pols from our rural areas are against legal gambol/weed because it would take money out of their pockets.
I deposed a retired Floyd County politician yesterday. He testified about the property he owns versus the money he earned over the course of his career, and Smokin' Pat couldn't accomplish that. Anyone who doesn't think you're dead on hasn't ever visited eastern Kentucky.

Simplified answer, Louisville can't do that for the same reason, for example, Kentucky couldn't start issuing patents (patents reserved to Congress in the Constitution).

I guess the question is, how does Stivers lose his Majority Leader status to another Republican? I wouldn't be opposed for the KY dems to regain the Senate to get those passed.

- Terrence Shannon Jr in the portal. Would be Cal's type of player IMO.

Reefer isn't legal according to federal law either. Hasn't stopped several states from making it legal within their borders. I'm not aware of the feds raiding dispensaries.

States and Congress have the authority to regulate marijuana. Local jurisdictions in Kentucky do not have that authority because the state hasn't granted such authority.
