In NC and watched at a bar split 50/50 between Duke and UNC fans. UNC fans universally said they'd take that win over a title, which is dumb and easy to say when you have no shot at a title. But typical UNC.

Claiming that ruining K's going away party is better than a title is clearly idiotic. However, if UL had a similar coach, I'd take ruining his last game and ESPN hagiography over a Final Four -- easily.

We got *decades* worth of funny crying Duke memes from last night, and I’ll never stop laughing at it.
It would be poetic justice for whomever knocks Duke of the tourney for the wining coach to ask to address the Duke radio listeners as Kryzoooskee did in '92. What a bunch of condescending ******** that was and K was lauded as a great sportsman.

- Could you see Belechick, Popovich, Saban, etc. orchestrating such over-the-top BS? It’s embarrassing that a 75 year old man would throw himself a party like that.

Jerking yourself off to a regular season victory is what UofL fans do.
This is what separates us from everyone else. We want every conference title and every rivalry win...but we only define success by how we play in March.

Well, it is truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and K is some sort of historical prick. The more I think about it, the more I respect it.
