-I've heard, that most skin cancer on men is actually on their legs. Is taht true? I almost never use SPF on them. Older I've gotten the more SPF. When I was younger I'd just burn b/c the next day I'd look Mexican.

For melanoma, which is by far the most serious type of skin cancer, it's the opposite.

For women, it's most commonly found on the legs.

For men, it's most commonly found on the trunk/neck.
