*Pretzel and Bonz, what supplement(s) if any, should I be using. I lift 4 to 5 days a week. I have zero interest in something like Jackd to “rev” me up, just wondering if there is something safe and healthy that would help my progress.
If you're lifting, creatine is the best legitimate* supplement outside of caffeine. You may get enough from your diet as is, but likely not, and if you're lifting 4-5 times a week it's not going to hurt you to add it in. It can give you some bloat when you first start taking it, but that will dissipate pretty quickly. Some places will recommend you "creatine load" but you definitely don't need to--just take 5 mg a day and you're golden. You do not need things like BCAAs, just do a Liquid IV/Gatorade/carb source that fits your diet intra-workout. Make sure you're eating adequate protein. If you track your food, you've probably noticed it's harder than it sounds to get .75-1 g/lb of lean body mass in than it sounds, unless you're on the docboat daily steak diet (the dream, tbh).
I also take fish oil and glucosamine chondroitin. You might consider collagen powder (I like the Vital Proteins one although they're all about equal as long as they're derived from animal proteins); just stir it into your morning coffee. Boom, extra serving of protein and doesn't have a funky aftertaste/GI effect. After you're older than like 22, anything you can do for joint and ligament support is worth doing. Worst case, you feel nothing, but none of these are going to hurt you at all. All fairly inexpensive too.
It's less studied and maybe just making my pee expensive, but I take ZMA at night (zinc-magnesium-vitamin B6). It's not the magnesium that will make your guts explode. I had a horrific time with clenching my jaw at night, especially after I started ADHD meds, and this has helped a lot.
This is the one I use.

*legal. If you have gotten some bloodwork done recently that shows your T levels are crashing, talk to your doc about TRT. There are plenty of shady places that will prescribe you bodybuilder doses just because you walk in and say you're sleepy sometimes, but go through your doc if you can.

@KingLlama I'm not familiar with that particular brand, but I'm sure it's a perfectly good option!
