Thanks for the reminder - I read some of it this morning and meant to revisit so I just did.

Lots of gems in that thread. Repeatedly calling them "Soft" and uninspired. They're caught in limbo and it looks like it's going to take years to get out of the trap. I enjoy that.

One of my favorites:

"These knuckleheads screaming for Davis to be fired are the same ones exuding arrogance for the last 30 years because of the “family” and the “Carolina way”. You don’t fire a member of the family without giving him a fair chance."

How will she know if it’s actually the UNC thread or if it is videos of Janet Jackson?

Good point. Speaking of, I truly buy into the Tom Haverford “oh no-no’s” list regarding women who don’t like ‘90s R&B but my wife doesn’t like it at all. I feel we can overcome it but if it ever does go sideways you can be sure that little nugget was in the back of my mind the entire time.

Mind if I call her if that happens?

* Star crunch or nutty bars is the answer. Y'all eat some garbage *** snack cakes. Fudge round?

*I'm not in either camp, a)**** happens on the road in conference - let's move on! b)UT kicked our ***, OMG CAL NEEDS MORE 3S THESE GUYS ARE MADE OF GLASS. -----------I'm a bit nervous about how we respond. I have no business being so; these guys have responded well time and time again.

*Barry season 3 and Better Call Saul both dropping this spring.

*How many streaming services do you have and how many do you pay for? I think I have 6 and pay for 3. Thanks, friends.

*Jordan 11's are the best sneaker of all time.

*I got some of the 19Nine retro shorts. Do not recommend. Mitchell and Ness still reign supreme.

*I really wanna see the new Jackass and Licorice Pizza. Haven't been to the movies in ages.

*The Woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window on Netflix is awesome once you figure out what they're doing.

*Oculus VR is awesome. You have to buy Resident Evil 4 to really see the potential. I can see the technology really going off the next few years, and the thing I got will be an Atari real soon.

*TNT NBA pre/half/post game show is as good as it gets. Gonna miss Chuck in 2 years.

*Happy President's Day if I don't drop more **** randoms before Monday.

Let's be real: Little Debbie is mostly meh. Most of that *****'s pantry is overrated. Who doesn't like a list?

Little Debbie Top Three:

#1. Oatmeal creme pies - classic, familiar, and never disappointing. The apex mountain for oatmeal creme pies was probably this scene from Honey, I Shrunk The Kids:

I would've hung out there at least a week gorging myself before trying to get back inside.

#2. Star Crunch - Probably the one Little Debbie item that is genuinely underrated. That milky finish is a nice touch.

3. Devil Squares - I mean, they're not exactly good, but they're good enough to take down 4 or more of them when you hate your life and just want to fade into oblivion.

Fudge Rounds are trash. Swiss Cake Rolls could be good but more often than not are dried out, flakey, and have too much cream in the middle. Nutty Bars are for dudes who still wear whitey-tighties.

- Go Hostess or get bent, IMO: Frozen Twinkies A1 with a bullet with orange cup cakes as a nice change of pace.

- The same Barstool guys (including the ANUS pod boys) that do The Bracket had a Fictional Debates basketball tournament where they named hypothetical starting fives (cereal mascots vs Subway spokespersons, etc.) and broke down each matchup. It’s the best content Barstool’s ever done.

Nutty Bar’s are the go-to but the Salted Caramel Cookie Bar doesn’t get enough pub.

Choc-O-Jels were weird.

I’m taking my son on his first trip to Rupp tomorrow. Sprung for some killer lowers. Can’t wait.

Question for the group - what would be a good place to take a little kid for lunch before the game, that is fairly close to Rupp? (A place focusing on food, not drinking and drugging and partying?) We’d plan on getting to said restaurant on the early side, around 11.

My go to for a mid-morning snack when hunting or fishing in the cold is an OCP. I put it in the pocket of my Henley undershirt to keep it warm. Always hits the spot with a cup of coffee from the thermos.

-i like a zebra cake, fudge round, cosmic brownie, nutty bar...but the best is swiss cake roll.

^I may eat one of these a month, purchase whilst on the road to a site . I cannot buy in bulk because I will eat them all in one day.

-re: gas station snacks: *loved* fruit pies...particularly lemon as a kid. Also there was just something about that moon pie bought on the way home from mamaw/papaw's place in Wolfe County.
