Mat Ishiba was the Michigan State alum (and former basketball player) who led the charge to secure Mel Tucker that $95 million contract, and singlehandedly donated a large portion of that amount.

He's the CEO of United Wholesale Mortgage, and has a net worth of over $8 billion.

Well, that, and blah blah blah George Floyd black etc.

Perfectly said. He's obviously a big gash like most every other journalist/sportswriter, but he's just an absolute Ace at his job. There aren't many better in the country imo, and definitely not any dedicated to a particular team.

His deep dives into players/families are incredible, every single time.

Sestina's is still my favorite.

Solid coach? Perhaps. He's the 4th highest paid coach in college football (and was second until this off-season). Here's his record by year:
  • 2019 Colorado: 5-7
  • 2020 Michigan State: 2-5
  • 2021 Michigan State: 11-2
Sure, race had nothing to do with them backing up the Brinks truck for him.

More likely desperation.

No worries Wayne, we all have schticks. It's not our fault you chose to be horrendously racist.

I highly doubt Kirby Smart will be making less than Mel Tucker in the very near future. If UGA is smart, they will back up the brinks truck for him as well.

Also, I agree, Tucker is overpaid for how little success he has had, but you can't deny what he's accomplished for a program that was looking to become rudderless post Dantonio. He should be thanking Nick Saban for his contract, that's where the stupidity is coming from.

I don't know the owner of Tyler Childers, I just know his former boss. He was just a ginger running planks through a planer when I met him too, hadn't hit it big yet.

Also didn't recognize Llama solely by his Qdoba order. We were already connected on social media, but at the same time there aren't a lot of people loading up on the corn salsa.

Met with Tom Cruise's first cousin this morning on a job I'm doing. He looked like a taller version without the botox. Nice guy.

Pretty pumped about dinner with my besties tomorrow.

Nefertiti for lunch today. Underrated spot for a schwarma here in Lexington.

Carhartt is great, been rocking it for decades. I have a pair of their double-front, canvas logging pants that I keep waxed for hunting and muck busting around the farm too.

Mel Tucker is a ho

Mel tucker is actually a solid coach and was smart to try to poach big dawg. As long as he is a potential opposition coach, he can eat all the ****.

Not sure what connection white Wayne js trying to make with George Floyd. Not exactly like he was a quota hire or something.

Edit: unless he is saying that Tucker is overpaid because of Floyd somehow. That I would understand but only in the context of him enjoying uso shows as pornography and longing for the term "colored" to be socially acceptable outside his living room again.
I’ve always been curious as to how colored people is unacceptable but people of color is acceptable. It’s literally saying the exact same thing.

If Ishiba was such a great identifier of talent, why wouldn't he just go offer Kirby $14M a year so that he'd for sure he'd have a good product on the field every year?

Just read the per curiam decision. Most interesting aspect to me is how the stay is structured. It does not permit the Sixth Circuit to dissolve it, but will last until SCOTUS issues a decision on the merits. This won't happen for 6 months minimum.

The OSHA ETS is effectively dead.

Question for the law balls...

1. Can businesses still require vaccines for their customers (restaurants, venues, etc)? If they can't require an employee to get vax'd, then how do they require a patron? Is this the no shirt/no shoes/no service umbrella?

2. Can businesses still require vaccines as a condition of employment outside of the OSHA scope?

One note for you numbnuts...I have thoroughly enjoyed watching Oscar play, develop, etc, however, his maturity in handling this atmosphere and the associated accolades is the best part. He is a true role model for anyone who claims you can't excel if you grow up with less than ideal surroundings, socially and economically. His faith is admirable and hopefully his NIL stuff gets worked out because he deserves it more than anyone.

Businesses can require vaccines. This have all been upheld as far as I know. This just stopped the executive branch from end rounding legislation and using a regulatory arm to get his way. Like our Governor is currently with the individual health departments. That's why your kid's day care is using 10 or 14 day quarantines rather than the CDC suggested 5 day and why they're attempting to mask 2 year olds.
