-Let me just say this. I don't have a problem with Bengals fans getting their first playoff W since 1991. Good luck.

-Man, I'd really like to see UK win another basketball title sometime. Last night got me jealous.

-New unis next year too (I believe, per MJ's previous scoop). Nike seems to be on a clean, traditional kick lately, so I'm cautiously optimistic. Guess we'll see.

-"Welcome to Athens..." is the typical greeting from these ******* UGA fans that just have that look on their faces down there, and frankly it rubbed me the wrong way. MF we've been playing you since the 1930's. I just need a beer and a place to piss. Save that condescending **** for your non-conference schedule.

-Though they are MY Gamecocks, tough decade for them. Imagine Clemson and Georgia as your regional, deep hated football rivals. Basically like UofL and Tennessee doing it to us. Not sure I could handle it.

-Someone tweeted that Lucas Oil Field looked like a Kroger and I'll never see it differently.

-I did miss the drama an outdoor venue and natural playing surface provides. It was just too sterile of an aesthetic for me. I hate when you can't instantly recognize a historical venue/game. Such is the world today, I guess.

-Transfer portal still reeling over on Floyd Street. Local kid bouncing. That's not, uh, that's not good, Scott.

-Vandy not allowing their students tonight is just preposterous.

Two weeks ago was an all-timer sports weekend around here. Tubby’s banner, UK/Iowa, and Bengals comeback thriller over KC. This coming Saturday could be another, with UK in Knoxville, followed by the Bengals/Raiders playoff game. It’s rare for the sports gods to shine on my teams this often, so … we’ll see.

Been a morning full of "well i'd rather have our dynasty than just one title" and well no **** bub.

Stetson's first series looked like he was going to be in for a long night- and I guess for a lot of it he was- but good on him for dropping some dime-perfect balls late in the game to seal it.

Have to assume Herschel Walker tries to ride this momentum to a senate seat.

Natural grass is the only way to go. Its tough to feel bad for a team that is stacked so deep with 5* talent, but losing your stud receiver at that stage to a non-contact turf injury is brutal

Simple as it is, the annual xmas restocking of socks and tee-shirts is a nice gift that actually gets used. Throwing out all of the old ones is a nice feeling.

Louisville hired one coach because his wife grew up in the south end and assumed he would just automatically have universal support, and they hired a football coach for no real reason whatsoever other than they just needed a new coach. Now they are a University relying on Jeff Walz to provide them with their twitter bragging rights. What a mess.

A lot of buddies who drove up to Indy made stops with their kids to the Slugger Museum and loved it. I honestly dont even know if I've ever been inside that place.

The season has been over for 12 hours and UK football already has a chip on its shoulder for not getting respect in the preseason polls. If the SEC East goes through Athens, those shitheads still have to come through Lexington. F em. And quit offering them bourbon and snacks when you see them outside of Keeneland. Done being cordial.

As a huge standup ball I agree. I cant even watch him. Same with comedians that yell all the time like Aziz Ansari.

I don't even think Bill Burr can call himself a comedian.

Aziz had a nice quick lil niche career....until he was CANCELLED.
